Information Kayla N. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog/cat has any special needs or behaviors that I can account for. Are they good around other animals or would they prefer to be alone. Anything specific that I’d need to know to keep them safe and happy.
A typical day
I enjoy keeping pets engaged and active with a variety of fun activities tailored to their personality and energy level. For dogs, practicing new tricks, and going on walks to explore new areas, or simply just giving them love and cuddles For cats I like to encourage their natural hunting instincts by using puzzle feeders or feather toys. When it’s time to relax I’m happy to provide love and cozy spots for lounging or some alone time if that’s what they prefer.

Pet care experience
With extensive experience in animal care, I have developed a strong skill set in meeting the needs of a wide variety of pets and animals. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on knowledge in feeding, grooming, training, and ensuring the overall well-being of animals, including cats, dogs, small mammals, exotic species, and even horses! I am familiar with administering medications, providing proper exercise, and managing special dietary or medical needs. My approach is always grounded in patience, compassion, and a keen understanding of animal behavior, allowing me to create safe and nurturing environments where animals thrive. Whether it's caring for a playful puppy, a senior cat, or a more exotic pet, my commitment to their health and happiness is my top priority.

Reviews

Millie had a great time with Kayla and her Kats
Kayla has watched my dogs, lizards and pet ferret over the last several years and is incredible. My dogs always seem sad to see us return, because she does such a great job with them and gives them such over the top care and attention! She is incredible, couldn’t recommend her enough!
Kayla has helped me with my dogs many times over the last several years. From watching them, to helping me with training my vizsla puppy, she hasn’t disappointed. She’s very well versed in animal care. She’s also cared for my ball python, and it was a comfort to know that she is an avid reptile enthusiast and owner, as well as birds and sphynx cats. There’s nobody that I trust more to care for my animals than Kayla.
