“Seini was the best!! This is my second time booking with her and both times have been a great experience for my pup and myself. My dog is very old and has a lot of necessities, but Seini made her feel so comfortable and so well taken care of! Would 100% recommend! Thank you!!!”

“Henry had an amazing time with Robyn. Their dog was an amazing playmate and they sent an adorable photo of Henry settling in and having a good time. Robyn was also very quick to respond to all communication and worked with me very nicely when I messed up the pickup time and asked to swing by earlier. Great experience for all parties.”

“I have always been leery of finding a dog sitter through the apps based on reports of firsthand experiences. Thanks to a trusted referral, we now have kind, reliable dog sitters. Jim and Mary Jane are the dog sitters we didn’t know we were missing. They have a secure yard, a cute playmate for my girl, let her sleep in their bed, and sent reassuring photos and texts to this anxious dog mom. I rate them 10 out of 10!”

“Nancy and her family were wonderful with our 2 Beagles. It was such a relief knowing they were safe and cared for while we were gone. We will definitely be using them again as dog sitters. We were gone on vacation for 5 days and the dogs were spoiled and well taken care of. Thank you! From Marley & Zoey 🐾🐾 and us!”

“Mandi is so nice with my doggy. She was sick and she made sure she was taken care of while I was gone. I have full trust she takes care of my dog’s need to the fullest.”

“Great overnight boarding, first time for my little girl and it was great! Great conversation, updates, and access. Made the first time a success and I aleady have my second overnight booked !”

“We’ve left our dog with multiple River sitters and Jennifer has been BY FAR the best! So many pictures, lots of dog walks and yummy treats for my dog. I felt like she was treating my pup just like she would treat her own dog-he was spoiled and loved on the whole time we were gone. We are absolutely going to be repeat customers!”

“Highly recommend! She was so nice on being flexible with drop off/ pick up times which is appreciated when traveling with a toddler 😄 Our dog had a great stay and was well cared for. I loved the daily photo updates!”

“BEST DOG SITTER I HAVE EVER HAD! Saren sent me so many videos and pictures of my dog. She also is the most caring person. She walked Finny every day! She is also is the most patient person!”

“Great experience boarding my dog, Cheddar, with Charity and Erik. They sent multiple pics/updates through out the day & were very accommodating. Highly recommend.”

“Amber was absolutely amazing and a godsend. We have two Heeler puppies and our boy heeler hasn’t always warmed up very good to others but Amber was amazing with him and so he warmed up to her faster than expected. We had to book last minute and she answered all of our questions and even had good questions for us about what our dogs needed. I will recommend everyone to her. I wouldn’t take my dogs to anyone else now. Thanks Amber 100 million X’s.”

“We had a great experience leaving Bowski with Jennifer and her family for the week. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and clearly cared about making sure he was comfortable and happy while I was away. They kept me updated with photos and messages, took the dogs on walks, hikes and treated him like part of the family. Their two labs were friendly and well behaved, and my dog came home completely happy, relaxed, and worn out from having such a good time. You can tell they genuinely love dogs and take pet care seriously. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing he was in a safe, caring home instead of just being kenneled somewhere. I’m very grateful for how well they treated him and would absolutely trust them again in the future. Highly recommend.”

“Leah and James took wonderful care of Oso while we traveled for a week. They sent photos or videos daily and updates about how he was doing with their dog and other dogs who visited. They gave him lots of love, play time and exercise and he came home healthy, happy and tired. Also a first for us with any boarding or Rover - he came home pretty clean! Usually he’s coated in slobber after staying anywhere, so it was a nice surprise he actually smelled good when he came home.”
“Nancy took good care of my GSP, Lewis, for almost 3 weeks, which is a long stretch for a very high-energy dog. I had taken him for a meet and greet and Nancy immediately had a confident rapport with him. She sent regular updates and photos while I was away so I could see that he was comfortable, happy and healthy. When I picked Lewis up he was in great shape and had clearly bonded with Nancy. I am very happy with the good care he received in Nancy's home and she will be my first choice next time I need a home sitter for Lewis. Thanks Nancy!”

“Kaylin was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, it felt like our pup was on a little doggy vacation. She has a wonderful fenced-in backyard and even a dog door so the dogs could run in and out as they pleased—pure freedom and joy! Communication was prompt and super friendly, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. What made it even more special is that her kids got involved too—they played with the dogs, keeping them active, happy, and loved like part of the family. It’s clear Kaylin truly cares about animals, and she’s created a safe, fun, and welcoming home for them. I can’t recommend her enough—your pup will be in the best hands! 🐾💛”

“Evette was so wonderful. Our little dog was spoiled and loved how much she knows about dogs. She sent multiple pictures a day and so quick to respond. Beyond grateful for her and her opening her home to Roo. Thank you so much!”

“Mayne and her family took great care of my pup. Communication was quick and easy and we got lots of pictures! It was clear from those pictures that our dog felt at home with Mayne and her family. She was loved and cared for 100% during her stay. Can't recommend Mayne more, and we will definitely become one of her regulars!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Sandy City
Jennifer is hands-down the best Rover sitter we’ve booked with! Our dogs are high energy and she provided tons of enrichment, play, and hikes that kept them happy and engaged. I appreciated the frequent updates/pictures and how responsive she was. Jennifer and her family took fantastic care of our dogs and I’m looking forward to booking with her again.

Krista was so fabulous and so communicative! She always responded quickly and sent update photos of my dog and let me know how he was doing. Krista watched my dog for two weeks and she understood my regular routine with my dog and kept it consistent for him and kept up with the cuddles while I was away. She was so understanding of the intricacies and weird quirks I explained too! I also had a delay in getting back to pick my dog up and she was super understanding and happy to hang with him until I could get back. I would totally recommend and bring my dog back when he needs watching!

He is excellent, a great person who was always communicative, sent me photos, and took very good care of my dog. I needed to extend the stay by a few days, and he was very understanding. I don't have a car at the moment, and he helped me out by dropping my dog off at my home. I will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him!

archie stayed with Rachel & Colby for a weekend and had the best time! they were so super communicative, and i loved my updates. i knew my dog was in good hands from our initial meet & greet! archie came home exhausted, which meant he had the best time playing with their pup! i can’t wait to send archie back soon - thank you so much for taking the best care of my boy!

Great pet sitters! Very clean atmosphere for leaving my little pup, so I had no worries. Their pup Elsa was a very sweet girl also, knew that would help my pup from being alone.A+ Sitters, would highly recommend. Especially since they just take in one pet at a time to watch.

Jordan is the best! She went above and beyond to accommodate our high energy golden retriever while we were on vacation. Jordan is so prepared to meet all your pets needs and quirks — it’s truly impressive. She has a very organized intake form that asks about training that she can help continue while your away and anything else you can possibly think of. We also received a multitude of updates and pictures that made us feel at ease. This was also our first time boarding our pup, so we were a little nervous but I really think our pup was sad to leave. I cannot say enough good things about Jordan!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
