I’m home most of the day and have a flexible schedule, which has allowed me to provide dog boarding for years. I currently have a young baby, so our days have a comfortable routine with plenty of time for walks, play, attention, and relaxation. I’m rarely away from home for long periods, and when I do need to run errands, I keep them short. I’m very attentive to the dogs in my care and make sure they’re comfortable, supervised, and getting the exercise and attention they need throughout the day

I’ve been caring for and boarding dogs for years, and I treat every dog in my care like one of my own. I have a young baby at home, so I’m especially mindful of creating a calm, safe environment. I make sure dogs get plenty of exercise, playtime, attention, and downtime throughout the day. I follow each dog’s normal routine as closely as possible and always take their personality, energy level, and comfort around other dogs and my family into consideration. My goal is for every dog to feel safe, comfortable, and at home while their family is away.

Before your dog stays with me, I’d love to know anything that will help me care for them best, their feeding schedule, routine, medications, personality, behavioral quirks, fears, triggers, and anything else that may be important. Please also let me know how your dog does around babies and young children. I want to make sure every dog is a good fit for our home and that both your pet and my baby are comfortable and safe. The more I know about your dog beforehand, the better I can make their stay feel like home!
A typical day
Every dog’s stay is a little different depending on their personality and energy level! We enjoy walks, outdoor time, playing fetch, toys, exploring new smells, and supervised play with other dogs when they’re comfortable with it. I also make sure there’s plenty of downtime for naps and relaxing. Since I have a young baby, our days have a nice balance of activity and calm time, and I make sure the dogs still get plenty of attention and exercise throughout the day.

I have 7+ years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all sizes, ages, personalities, and energy levels. I’ve raised 2 Newfoundlands, 2 Great Danes, 2 Pit Bulls, and 4 other breeds of my own. I’ve also cared for many dogs through boarding, sitting, and helping friends and neighbors. I’m comfortable with large breeds, multiple dogs, puppies, seniors, and different routines and needs. I truly love caring for animals and making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and at home while they’re with me. 🐶❤️
