Artemis had a great long stay with Marcos and his family. They were amazing as usual!

Zero communication. I never met Marcos in person, his wife was the one present for pick up and drop off We got one word “great” replies or no-word thumbs up emojis all weekend. then when I message him on Monday afternoon to confirm our scheduled pickup time, he angrily tells me my dog bit his daughters finger THE EVENING BEFORE and they took her to the urgent care and got antibiotics. Didn’t even bother letting us know anything happened over 16 hours later. And I had to initiate this conversation at 1PM the next day. Then when I pick the dogs up, I find out from his wife that our dog had been showing aggression and generally not settling in the entire weekend. We knew none of this until the very end of the stay. We would have immediately moved our dogs out of there if there was any sort of communication at all. And to top it off he threatens to charge 25 dollars when i tell him I’ll be there at 7pm, even though that was our scheduled pick up time. And to top it off further i let him know when we’re 1 hour away, and 5 minutes away to no response, then when say I arrived at his house, he finally replies that nobody is home. Luckily his wife arrived right around then. Do not recommend
