“I will leave a 5 star review every time my girl stays with them. Exceptional care! She is treated like one of the family!! I cannot say enough about what an awesome family they are!! Exceptional!”

“Such a wonderful experience for our pup! I thought he might not want to come home after all the fun he was having with Katie and her family! Thank you for the great care and fun times for Kona! Lots of picture updates were very appreciated!”

“Pluto had a lot of fun at Katie’s. Her dog Kody is so cuddly and absolutely fun. Pluto got a lot of love and play time. I am sure we will have him over again.”

“This was the first time we had ever left Ringo with someone, and I was so relieved to find Rachel and Colby. They live in a lovely home with a great backyard, have sweet kids that love dogs, and from the very beginning I could tell they would love and care for Ringo like their own. They were very communicative, sent me pictures and videos of Ringo while we were away, and they had everything ready for me when I came to pick him up. Ringo seemed happy and content after picking him up, and we will certainly use them again.”

“Can’t say enough great things about Lisa. We are new to the area and finding the perfect person to take care of our little guy was daunting. But, we found her!!! Lisa communicated with us multiple times a day, sent pics and updates. Took Ozzy for walks. She did it all!! Thank you Lisa. You’re fantastic.”

“Nancy is great! She watched my dog, Bentley, for several days over Christmas. I knew he was in good hands and I didn’t worry about him at all while I was away. I got lots of pictures and updates on how he was doing. Thanks, Nancy!”

“I have always been leery of finding a dog sitter through the apps based on reports of firsthand experiences. Thanks to a trusted referral, we now have kind, reliable dog sitters. Jim and Mary Jane are the dog sitters we didn’t know we were missing. They have a secure yard, a cute playmate for my girl, let her sleep in their bed, and sent reassuring photos and texts to this anxious dog mom. I rate them 10 out of 10!”

“These guys were amazing and took such good care of our dog!! They sent updates and made us totally comfortable leaving him with them! Seriously the sweetest people and our dog loved them!”

“Jessica took a great care of my dog Luna when we were on vacation. A multiple times a day she informed us how Luna is doing, her eating, sleeping and etc. She sent a lot of photos, where we could see how Luna enjoyed her stay; walking, playing, cuddling with Jessica and her family. The most importantly Luna did not show any stress or change in habits after she returned home. We definitely will recommend Jessica.”

“Chowder has been going with Silvana to daycare for a bit now but we just finished his first boarding experience with her & it was wonderful! Silvana does a great job at giving updates about what Chowder was up to during the day and sent lots of photos and videos showing what a great time Chowder was having. He was constantly smiling during his time with her, we’re so happy that he was in such great care with her!”

“Adam was great with our dog Scout. She can be a little shy and has a few quirks but they were great at being patient with her and going at her pace. By the end of her stay when we picked her up she was clearly very happy and comfortable! Would definitely book with them again.”

“Mish and I were extremely lucky to find this amazing family on such short notice. They were very communicative, made Mish feel right at home, and took her on frequent walks. I loved receiving photos throughout her stay, as well. We look forward to using them again in the future 😊”

“Robert and his wife are amazing. Charlie was so well taken care of. They took him in and treated him like one of their own. They sent me pictures of their adventures. I highly recommend.”

“Kaylin did an amazing job with our dog. This was our first time leaving him and she helped make us feel comfortable knowing he would be taken care of. She sent updates through out the week so we knew everything was ok and that he was having so much fun. We will definitely be using her again.”

About: I’ve grown up around animals my entire life and have always had a natural love for caring for them. I have previous experience pet sitting and caring for animals, and I’m comfortable adapting to different pets, personalities, routines, and energy levels! I have an eight-year-old Miniature Schnauzer named Axl, who is my whole world, so I understand how much pets mean to their families. I’m patient, attentive, and very observant when it comes to noticing what a pet needs, whether they want to play, go for a walk, relax, or just have some company. I also can adjust to whatever makes you feel most comfortable! I have a very flexible schedule, and reliable transportation which allows me to give pets plenty of attention rather than simply stopping by and rushing off. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owner is away:) Pet care fits really naturally into my daily routine because I have a very flexible schedule! I’m able to dedicate plenty of time to walks, drop-in visits, dog park stops, and pet sitting throughout the week, and I can work around each pet’s individual routine. I’m happy to keep up with their normal feeding, walking, playtime, and rest schedules so they feel as comfortable and settled as possible while their owners are away. I also enjoy spending extra time with pets rather than treating visits like a quick tasks, it’s my favorite part of my day!😁 I have a fully fenced backyard and my dog, Axl, who is very social, calm, and gets along well with other dogs! He regularly goes on walks and to the dog park, so he’s used to having other pets around. My home has plenty of supervision, and pets won’t be left alone for long periods of time. I’m happy to accommodate both kennel and no-kennel routines and will always follow your pet’s usual schedule and needs.
“Lindsey sent me pictures everyday letting me know my doggo was safe and happy. I almost questioned how much Quinn wanted to come home. I'd have to say that takes alot with how spoiled she is at home. Thanks Lindsey for being a great sitter for Quinn!”

“Makenna was AMAZING! She took such good care of our dog Blue! He was a happy puppy and got lots of snuggles and play time. I highly recommend Makenna for anyone looking for a caring dog sitter - in fact I have already been raving about her to all our family and friends. We will definitely be booking with her again! Thank you Makenna!!!”

“Patrick is our new regular. He sends tons of pictures which we love! He is so flexible of when you drop off and pick up and our dog June always is so excited when she sees him. Would highly recommend using him.”

LaRonda was great with my little Corny! She showed me around her place, and I knew Cornelius was going to love his time there. I was very worried for him (my own separation anxiety), but I knew after meeting LaRonda and seeing her home that he was going to be very well taken care of. I’m very glad I booked her!

As always, Jennifer took fantastic care of our dog while we were away! She was easy to communicate with when setting up the boarding days, provided updates on the walks and activities she did with our dog and overall kept us apprised of how things were going. We are so grateful to have found Jennifer.

This was our first time leaving our dog with Leah and James. They understood we were nervous since our dog is a senior dog. We were gone for over a month and Leah gave us frequent updates and pictures. They gave Erie the care and love he needed. I highly recommend them!

Julie and her family were so nice and welcoming to my dog Ace. She did an amazing job boarding Ace for 2 nights. This was the first time I’ve used a boarder to watch him. And I highly recommend Julie. She sent pics of videos of him and I could tell afterwards Ace missed her and her big backyard.

Our Luna had a wonderful time with Benjamin and his family! I could tell from the photos he sent that she loved her playtime and felt relaxed and cared for. He has turf all over his yard with plenty of space for the pups and kids to romp around. Benjamin is very communicative and reliable. We will definitely book him again. Thank you!

Katherine was so wonderful to work with and took amazing care of our 5 month old puppy, Spout for 3 nights. She and her two pups were so welcoming and patient with our dog’s crazy puppy energy and treated her like part of the family. We are so grateful Katherine was able to watch Sprout for us and would absolutely ask her to watch her again. Thank you!

Evette watched my Cockapoo, Menlo, for over two weeks, and the experience was beyond my expectation! She created a true doggy heaven living environment where all the pups are a similar size, allowing them to play safely. Evette’s love and understanding to take care of all doggies is incredible. She also kept me reassured with plenty of photos and quick responses to my texts. Highly recommend!

Katie was absolutely fantastic! She took amazing care of our dog and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. She sent lots of updates and photos. Katie made the whole experience easy and stress-free. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful Rover sitter!

Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page.

Many sitters in UT ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
Adding another pup to the pack? Most sitters and walkers offer a reduced rate for additional dogs. You’ll find these exact rates listed under the "Services" tab on any sitter's profile. Since every dog is unique, final pricing may vary depending on the level of care required.
