“Jodi and her family are amazing! She sent us photos and kept us updated on Tashi the entire stay. I could tell that my usually independent, don’t like to be touched dog was loving being there. The peace of mind having her be with Jodi is immeasurable. Thanks for your love and care of Tashi, she will be back for sure!”

“Evette was a great host she made sure my dog got plenty of attention and activity. She was quick to respond and easy to work with. We will definitely be repeat customers!”

“This is a great family with happy dogs and an extremely clean house and yard. Rachel and Colby were very accommodating and good communicators. My doodle is a little needy and I received pictures of her receiving attention and lots of human contact. She was able to play with dogs, cats and kids and came home tired and happy.”

“If I could give her 1 million stars I would! Tami was absolutely amazing with our dog! Excellent value and a really amazing family! She kept me updated daily with photos and made Rover feel at home every single day! We cannot thank her enough for taking excellent care of him! Thanks again Tami and family! :) We will be booking again soon!!”
“After years and years of having different people watch our Raylan, we finally found a place where they are in tune to her and really care about her! The communication and large quantity of photos we had access to during her stay was such a nice touch. I think Charity and Erik are the best in SLC for sure, if you want someone attentive, caring, thoughtful, and in tune with your pet, this is the place! Also super accommodating for pick up and drop off times! Raylan had a great time! Thank you!!!”

“Katie was so sweet and she genuinely seemed to enjoy Zeus. He only stayed one night as a trial, however, they will be watching our fur baby for a long stay in April.”

“Mandi and her family were great with our puppy. She sent pictures and updates while we were Out of town. Our little guy really enjoyed the time with them. We will definitely have him stay with them again in the future.”

“🐾 🐾 So happy with Elizabeth and her wonderful family! They took amazing care of our dog, Banksy, while we were on vacation. From the moment we dropped him off, we knew he was in great hands. Elizabeth kept us updated throughout our trip with sweet messages and photos, which gave us complete peace of mind. Banksy looked so happy and relaxed—we could tell he was treated like one of their own. Their home is warm, welcoming, and clearly pet-friendly. We’re incredibly grateful for their kindness and care, and we’d definitely contact them again in the future. Highly recommended! 🐾🐾”

“Curtis and Jennifer were great! They had us over for a meet up so we could see the home and their dog. They take only similar sized dogs so that was nice. I loved all the pictures, videos and updates I got while we were away! We’ll use them again!”
“We’ve left our dog with multiple River sitters and Jennifer has been BY FAR the best! So many pictures, lots of dog walks and yummy treats for my dog. I felt like she was treating my pup just like she would treat her own dog-he was spoiled and loved on the whole time we were gone. We are absolutely going to be repeat customers!”

“Andrea is sweet and very responsible. She went above and beyond to make sure that our drop-off an pick-ups went smoothly when I boarded my dog at her place. My dog was immediately comfortable in her home. Couldn't ask for a better experience.”

“Shaelene is a true dog lover. She also fosters dogs as well. She was patient and kind with our very shy dog who hadn’t been away from us ever. She texted to keep me updated as well. I was very happy with her and it was obvious that our dog was too.”

“Jean was super kind, nice and had a warm welcome to myself and Batman. So thankful she took our dog last minute without hesitation. She created a great experience for Batman and myself. Thank you Jean, you are so awesome!”

“Rainey had a wonderful time. He was very comfortable and loved playing with Dewey. Leah and James were great about giving us updates and sending pictures and videos.”

“Meredith was great as always! Kept us up to date on our puppy and she had a ton of room to play in Meredith’s backyard. I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks!”

“Katherine did a great job with my little pup! This was the first time I’ve ever used Rover or left my 4 month old puppy so naturally i was pretty nervous. Katherine let me and the pup meet her and her 2 dogs before booking and then continued to send Lots of videos and pictures the whole time I was gone. Dot came home exhausted and happy. Katherine even gave Dot a bath after playing in some mud which was very sweet. It’s nice to pick up a clean puppy. She kept me updated a couple of times a day and was so kind every time I checked in. I would recommend and use Katherine again!”

“Julie and her family were absolutely perfect with Maple! My pup was living her best life and looked so happy in all the pictures and videos that were sent through. We will use Julie’s services again!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Cottonwood Heights
I can’t recommend Charity enough! We had to leave our goldendoodle, Buddy, with a new sitter for five nights, and I was definitely a little nervous since it was our first time leaving him with someone new for that long. She completely exceeded every expectation. From day one, she kept us updated with the sweetest photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was obvious Buddy was being genuinely loved, getting plenty of exercise, and having the best time playing with the other dogs. Seeing how happy and comfortable he was made it so much easier to enjoy our trip. She’s incredibly professional, flexible, communicative, and so easy to work with. We were so impressed that we already booked her again for our next trip before we even picked Buddy up! If you’re looking for someone who will treat your dog like family, I highly, highly, highly recommend her. Buddy can’t wait to go back!

Krista and Ryan were absolutely incredible. Taking on 2 Great Danes is no small ask, but they embraced them full on and my dogs were so happy to spend a long weekend with them! At one point (with permission) they even gave the boys an ice cream on a super hot day! Would 100% recommend them if you want peace of mind while you’re out of town!

Sara and her husband were fantastic! They came through after I’d had a last-minute cancellation, and my pup had the best time with them And their dog, Maple. Sara was very communicative providing great updates and sharing cute pictures. I would highly recommend!

Oh my gosh ABOVE AND BEYOND! My dog and I never really been apart. I was so nervous and worried about being gone for a week. My son suggested I try Rover and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Natalee was incredible. Daily off-leash hikes with water sources for splashing. A group of dog buddies to romp and nap with. A house basically set up for dogs. Her careful eyes and ears on everything 24/7. She sent videos every day, and even made a beautiful music video of all the dogs running and playing. I was quickly at ease with leaving him and so grateful to have found her. Now I know I can travel guilt free and at peace. Thank you Natalie! ❤️
