Daily schedule details: My husband and I both work from home so one of us will be home during the work week. On the weekends we make sure to never leave our fur guests alone for more than a few hours so we only take bookings when we don’t have a major family activity planned.

Home details: Our backyard is fenced-in so pups are free to hang out in the backyard when we’re home, however we prefer to not leave doggies outside when we are gone. Pups are always welcome wherever we are in the house, the only place that’s out of bounds is the master bedroom and that is so our cat has a safe place just for himself.

Information Emily N. would like to know about your pet
We have an older cat who is does best with dogs that are used to cats, older dogs, or dogs with a naturally low prey drive. Our master bedroom is our cat’s safe place and there is a kitty door in the master bedroom door so our cat can retreat if he feels overwhelmed.
A typical day
Back yard time, walks, park visits, errands, play-dates, camping, parties with dog-loving friends, we take our Rover guests with us as much as possible. Also, my husband and I both work from home so they’ll always have someone to hang out with.

Pet care experience
Pets are family, so your dog will come with us for school drop-offs, errands, walks, play-dates and park visits. My husband and I live with our 7-yo daughter and old indoor cat on a quiet cul-de-sac with great neighbors and lots of parks in short walking distance. We’re big on play-time, cuddles, walks, treats, and zoomies. I want to make your furbabies feel comfortable and safe in our home, and to make sure you know we’re doing our best to make sure your pets feel safe and happy. I like to send updates several times a day, along with lots of pictures and videos. For first-time fur-guests we always do a meet-and-greet before confirming a stay so you and your pet(s) meet us and our home. It helps your pet know they can feel safe with us and our space. We are a very family- and friend-orientated home so it’s extremely important our furry guests feel completely comfortable with us. I would love the chance to care for your family member. Please, serious inquiries only. I and my family take our responsibilities to you and your loved pets seriously and aim to build a trusting relationship with our clients.
Reviews

Emily and her family provided excellent care for Rusty. They sent me pictures of how he fit in with the family. The meet and greet we had at her house made it so he was excited to go back for the actual stay. I highly recommend this family to sit for your dog!

Emily & her family made my dogs feel at home. Emily walked the dogs, played with them in her spacious backyard & sent lots of photos & videos. I felt 100% comfortable leaving my dogs with Emily & family. We will be back.

Emily & her family were incredible and went above & beyond with our Maya. She made us feel secure to leave our baby girl from the prior meeting ups to feel comfortable with leaving her to giving us updates while we were on our trip. She took maya on field trips and play dates. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing Maya was being loved on and included in the family just as we do for her at home. Very much appreciated Emily and all that she did for our baby girl 🩷 Maya misses her Rover family. Looking forward to letting her stay again

Thank you for having my dog 🐕🦺 and treating her like family! I appreciate the videos and pictures! I am glad Bluebell and Elsie became best friends! i loved seeing them together! I know my dog was well taken care of! We had a great experience with your family and look forward to another stay soon! Five stars! ⭐️ Two thumbs up! 👍🏼
