About: I've taken care of many pets throughout the years. Last year I lost my 14 yo Daizy (Yorkie). She was a senior who was partially blind and required special baths, food and medication. I have a deaf dog who is 15+ and understand the need to make myself known without scaring my sweet boy. Daizy and Dodger (dogs) had/have severe anxiety, I'm familiar with thunder jackets, CBD for calming, and using music/white noise as a distraction during weather events or fireworks. I have a cat named Hank who is about 4.5. He showed up at my husband's shop in downtown Salt Lake. He lived with the feral cat colony the shop cares for. He took a special liking to my husband and was very friendly. We think he may have been dumped by his previous family. Long story short, we built him a cat castle and brought him home. He's such a sweet boy, love him SO MUCH. (And all the pets get along, yay!) Additionally, I've had 4 dogs, raising them all from puppies. My Daizy also gave birth to 3 puppies and I'm familiar with pregnant/nursing dogs. I work part time with a very flexible schedule. I recently lost my 14 yo Daizy (Yorkie). She was an angel on earth. She was so funny, very demanding (she'd tell me when to tuck her in and when she wanted her medicine) and required a lot of special care. I'm quite lost without her and am looking for a way to give away that extra love to other sweet babies. Please note: I have a 6 year old and 9 year old. Depending on the time of day or time of year I may be required to bring them to the visit. I would notify you ahead of time -were that the case. They are very polite young ladies who are very respectful of others' and their property. One of my reviews, is a long time client Wendy (20+ years) and my girls help me on all her visits (per request from her dog 😉). Bailey (lab) loves playing fetch with my girls. I'm quite particular on not disturbing anything, and if there were any messes left by our furry friends I would not leave until it was taken care of. Safety and cleanliness are a priority for me. I actually work in a hospital setting that has trained me to be hyper vigilant on safety and cleanliness.

About: I’ve watched dogs, cats, puppies, senior dogs with medical needs, turtles, bunnies, fish, chickens, and open to all other pets! I’ve grown up around animals all my life, and continue to be a trusted and loyal sitter for my family and friends furry family members. I love taking dogs on walks, or simply hanging out on the couch catching giving lots of pets and love. I’m extremely patient and have dealt with all types of personalities with pets. I hope you chose me to take care of your pets! I work from home on Mondays and Fridays so I’m able to bring my work with me anywhere! I love going on walks throughout my day, and it’s made even better if I have a dog accompanying me. On weekends, I’ll prioritize the pets always. If they’re an energetic dog, I’ll make sure they get their energy out. If they’re more on the mellow side, I’ll make sure to spend time with them giving lots of pets and lounge next to them. If I need to leave the house for errands or workout, I try to not spend more than 2 hours aways at most. Your pet is my priority! I like to make sure I have all the info to ensure the most successful visit. If there’s any limitations on movements, or priorities of energy, I want to focus on the best time spent and that your pet is happy and safe. If I walk them, I avoid busy areas and keep them calm and safe. If we are inside, I make sure they have my attention and are getting all the love. Clear communication and expectations of what you would like will set us both up for success and happiness.

About: I grew up with dogs and love them dearly! I have been dog sitting for the past many years for friends and family. I have experience with both long (6 months) and short term pet sitting. I work full time as a ski patroller and EMT. I love to trail run, hike and knit. My experience as a ski patroller comes with caring for, skiing with and helping to train avalanche dogs. I’d love to take your dog for anything from a neighborhood stroll to a mountain adventure. I have recently become a huge cat lover. I live with a cat whom I love so much and care for often. About: I used to worked with dogs at a recreation center (daycare and swimming). I also still regularly do in home dog sitting through that business. I have knowledge of dog behavior and am not scared of any breed. I regularly dog/cat sit for clients in their home. I also live with pets of my own, so I am constantly surrounded my animals. I spend as much quality time with pets as I can, by doing things like walking, petting, and doing other activities. About: Sitter on Rover since August of 2022. Star sitter since April of 2024, when star sitters became a thing. Though my true experience lies in caring for friends' and neighbors' pets since I was 10 years old. Over the years, I've looked after dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, reptiles, and more. I have a special soft spot for senior pets, but l love the energy and joy that puppies and kittens bring too. Every animal I meet is treated like my own - with patience, attention, and plenty of love. Rover is my main job, and I plan my other work around it whenever possible, so my schedule is very flexible. Whether your pet loves outdoor adventures or prefers to follow a calm daily routine, I'll adjust to what makes them happiest. I live in a house with a fenced yard, shared with three friendly dogs who enjoy both playtime and relaxing around the house. I'm comfortable administering ear drops, eye drops, and oral medications. I can also carry dogs up to about 90 pounds if needed - perfect for pets who need a little help getting around. Your pet's comfort and safety always come first.

About: I’ve cared for neighbor dogs for 3 years, both young and old. I’ve handled normal daily tasks, cleaning, bathing and medication administration. Lots of long walks! I work 3-4 days a week (full-time) at my current job as a physician assistant, so I have 2-3 days off a week to help with fur babies! I’m on an as-needed basis. My job is at a local urgent care in Sandy. We have various locations, but I generally work at the Sandy location. I have a car to drive anywhere to visits pets, ideally within 15 miles of cottonwood heights! I normally cater care as per parent request. Whatever they would like me to do, I do! Walk, bath, clean, brush, play, feed, medications, throw ball, take to park, etc.! With approval, I’ve taken pets to local parks, national parks, walk about 2-3 miles with them and bath them if needed. I generally avoid dog parks unless the parent approves or likes a certain one for their pet!

I have 15+ years professional experience pet sitting, house sitting & housekeeping. I also worked for a B&B for several years and was responsible for managing bookings, cleaning all rooms and pet care for her 3 dogs, multiple birds and Koi pond. About: Hi there! I have a sweet dog named Momo who loves other dogs as well as cats. I’ve dog sat, walked, boarded, etc for the last 15 or so years. I like spending time with animals and giving them lots of attention, respect, care and love. I enjoy taking dogs on walks and runs, as well as throwing tennis balls and playing with their favorite chew toys. I am an easy going, but an active and responsible person. I love to have fun, but I also like to be safe and know when I need to lay down the law. I am easily contacted via my cell for scheduling and general check-ins on how your dog is doing. I’m also a short walk to the park for some ball throwing play time! My own dog is crated when no one is home, but if your dog is house trained I do not require crating for them.

I’m a former veterinary tech for a renowned animal hospital in Vermont and have the ability to administer medications including subQ injections, such as insulin and subQ fluids. I’ve owned and trained both dogs and cats (yes, you can train cats) for over 20 years, and I’ve been caring for pets of friends, family, and community members since early childhood. I’m very active and enjoy working with energetic and athletic dogs, helping pet parents meet the exercise needs of their active pups. As an avid hiker and runner, I love having a trail companion! I typically work M-W 1pm-9pm, so morning drop-ins are ideal on those days. My schedule is otherwise quite flexible. Prefer to stay in the Salt Lake Valley, ideally between Downtown and Sandy. I try to keep pets on a routine they're used to to minimize stress when pet parents are away. I love a cuddle buddy, so I have no problem with pets on furniture if they’re allowed at home - I will respect the rules you follow at home so as not to cause confusion for your pet. That also goes for any behavioral training you've done or are doing with your pet; consistency is key when it comes to training.
