About: I've worked with and cared for dogs since early childhood. I have trained and competed with obedience and agility dogs; trained and worked with therapy dogs; and have lots of experience working with both elderly and special needs canines. About: I've taken care of many pets throughout the years. My mom says I can "speak dog" only because I can sense if something is off and do my best to figure out what my friend needs. Some of my unique experience has come from my own pets. Last year I lost my 14 yo Daizy (Yorkie). She was a senior who was partially blind and required special baths, food and medication. I also have a deaf dog who is 15+ and understand the need to make myself known without scaring my sweet boy. Daizy and Dodger had/have severe anxiety, I'm familiar with thunder jackets, CBD for calming, and using music/white noise as a distraction during weather events or fireworks. I have a cat named Hank who is about 4.5. He showed up at my husband's shop in downtown Salt Lake. He lived with the feral cat colony that the shop cares for. He took a special liking to my husband and was very friendly. We think he may have been dumped by his previous family. Long story short, we built him a cat castle and brought him home. He's such a sweet boy, love him SO MUCH. (And all the pets get along, yay!) I've had 4 dogs, raising them all from puppies. My Daizy also gave birth to 3 puppies and I'm familiar with pregnant/nursing dogs. I work part time with a very flexible schedule. I recently lost my 14 yo Daizy (Yorkie). She was an angel on earth. She was so funny, very demanding (she'd tell me when to tuck her in and when she wanted her medicine) and required a lot of special care. I'm quite lost without her and am looking for a way to give away that extra love to other sweet babies. Please note: I have a 6 year old and 9 year old. Depending on the time of day or time of year I may be required to bring them to the visit. I would notify you ahead of time -were that the case. They are very polite young ladies who are very respectful of others' and their property. One of my reviews, is a long time client Wendy (20+ years) and my girls help me on all her visits (per request from her dog 😉). Bailey (lab) loves playing fetch with my girls. I'm quite particular on not disturbing anything, and if there were any messes left by our furry friends I would not leave until it was taken care of. Safety and cleanliness are a priority for me. I actually work in a hospital setting that has trained me to be hyper vigilant on safety and cleanliness.

About: I have 10+ years of experience taking care of dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, and birds. I took a few college courses that were 2 years long to learn about animal care. I also worked at a reptile education center where I took care of the animals and educated people about them. I love animals of all kinds and would love to watch your pet! CURRENTLY NOT TAKING RECURRING/WEEKLY CLIENTS! I have lots of time in the day to watch and play with your pet. I do have a cat at home so I do have to go check on him every 3-4 hours! I will follow your schedule to a T to make sure your pet doesn’t skip out on their daily routine. I have experience taking care of even shy animals so I have lots of patience and am willing to let them take their time to adjust to me. I am ok going on walks in neighborhoods and parks as well as playing with your pet in such areas.

About: My name’s Chris and I’m a nursing student and animal lover! I’ve had 4 cats over the course of my life with varying medical needs, from prescription diets to daily oral medication. I also love dogs and have spent lots of time around dogs, and I’d love to take care of yours :) I’m currently a student so my schedule is pretty flexible from now until January! My schedule will look different after January, but I should know more as January approaches. I can feed your furry friends, play with them, administer their medications, crate them, take them for walks, comfort them, give them treats, and anything else your friend may need while my services are needed!

About: One of my greatest joys is seeing happy dogs with big smiles and full body wags. I understand the stress and anxiety that comes with leaving your fur babies at home while being away and I would love to be there comfort while you are gone!! I have experience with all different breeds, sizes, temperaments, and ages! I have had my own dogs from the beginning fun puppy stages, to the softness of there senior years, and held them in my arms on their final journey. I am more than capable of giving liquid or oral medication, following special dietary needs, or noticing any pain/ discomfort your fur babies need. I also have experience with giving shots, ear and eye drops, wound care, and mobility help as I have had special needs dogs. I’m currently full time pet care, and house sitting. My schedule is readily available and completely open to assist with overnight stays, walking, hiking, playing, and cuddles! I will follow any specific directives given, as I know the stress and heartache of being separated from each other. I understand the importance of routine in an animals life. Currently I have two fur babies and know structure and consistency is key. As well as an abundance of love and quality time with each other. About: I have taken care of plenty of animals from a very young age. I’ve trained before and enjoyed seeing the progress that comes with. I am great with any age of dog and understand the difference in temperament! I am currently working a job as a barista and am a student at SLCC. My job is fairly flexible and doesn’t demand my full days. I do schooling online so it is easy for me to do homework anywhere. I am happy to take your dog on walks, play with them in the backyard, do trainings etc. Whatever your pet may need! I am familiar with crate training and am comfortable with it. I like to watch dogs in your home, because it gives them a sense of safety and comfort.

About: Hello! I have cared for both cats and dogs of all ages throughout my life. I worked with a trainer to develop my husky into an offleash dog and happy to share training knowledge with other owners! I’m active and enjoy running so taking the dogs for runs and walks will not be an issue for me. I have my own husky puppy that is great with dogs of all sizes! He knows when to be gentle and when it’s okay to be a little rough. I work completely from home so I’m available 24/7. If I were to leave the house, the dogs would be crated or left out depending on comfortability. I love taking dogs for walks and know how to train them if needed! My husky will tire out any dog, but even he enjoys simple walks!

About: Hi there! I have a sweet dog named Momo who loves other dogs as well as cats. I’ve dog sat, walked, boarded, etc for the last 15 or so years. I like spending time with animals and giving them lots of attention, respect, care and love. I enjoy taking dogs on walks and runs, as well as throwing tennis balls and playing with their favorite chew toys. I am an easy going, but an active and responsible person. I’m also a short walk to the park for some ball throwing play time! My own dog is crated when no one is home, but if your dog is house trained I do not require crating for them.
