About: I’ve watched over my friends cats for about 4 years. I have a small allergy, but nothing a Zyrtec can’t fix! My experience has been drop ins to feed and check on water, play with them if they’re in a playful mood, and give them skritchy scratches with their permission.

We recently lost our other golden dood whom we raised since he was a puppy, and now my current boy (and I) could use some company. We live in a home with a fenced grassy yard and a doggie door. We keep our house very tidy and puppy proofed so they can't get into stuff when they're feeling curious. We also have an unused large crate that your pup is welcome to use if that's what they use at home. I'm nearly always home, and always keep a close eye on them.

About: I've taken care of many pets throughout the years. My mom says I can "speak dog" only because I can sense if something is off and do my best to figure out what my friend needs. Some of my unique experience has come from my own pets. Last year I lost my 14 yo Daizy (Yorkie). She was a senior who was partially blind and required special baths, food and medication. I also have a deaf dog who is 15+ and understand the need to make myself known without scaring my sweet boy. Daizy and Dodger had/have severe anxiety, I'm familiar with thunder jackets, CBD for calming, and using music/white noise as a distraction during weather events or fireworks. I have a cat named Hank who is about 4.5. He showed up at my husband's shop in downtown Salt Lake. He lived with the feral cat colony that the shop cares for. He took a special liking to my husband and was very friendly. We think he may have been dumped by his previous family. Long story short, we built him a cat castle and brought him home. He's such a sweet boy, love him SO MUCH. (And all the pets get along, yay!) I've had 4 dogs, raising them all from puppies. My Daizy also gave birth to 3 puppies and I'm familiar with pregnant/nursing dogs. I work part time with a very flexible schedule. I recently lost my 14 yo Daizy (Yorkie). She was an angel on earth. She was so funny, very demanding (she'd tell me when to tuck her in and when she wanted her medicine) and required a lot of special care. I'm quite lost without her and am looking for a way to give away that extra love to other sweet babies. Please note: I have a 6 year old and 9 year old. Depending on the time of day or time of year I may be required to bring them to the visit. I would notify you ahead of time -were that the case. They are very polite young ladies who are very respectful of others' and their property. One of my reviews, is a long time client Wendy (20+ years) and my girls help me on all her visits (per request from her dog 😉). Bailey (lab) loves playing fetch with my girls. I'm quite particular on not disturbing anything, and if there were any messes left by our furry friends I would not leave until it was taken care of. Safety and cleanliness are a priority for me. I actually work in a hospital setting that has trained me to be hyper vigilant on safety and cleanliness.

About: I have always had a special draw towards animals and love to be around them. I have a 12 yo black lab/pointer that I adopted at 4 months and my life revolves around her. “Jennifer and her family greatly exceeded our expectations. They took long hikes in alpine forests to waterfalls and mountain vistas every day (our dog, River’s favorite thing in all the world). They clearly and sincerely took time with each of their “guests” to get to know them and River was very comfortable with the whole family. In fact, he seems to miss them already. He had a terrific time and his “vacation” was as rewarding as our was. We’ll definitely be back..”
“This is a great family with happy dogs and an extremely clean house and yard. Rachel and Colby were very accommodating and good communicators. My doodle is a little needy and I received pictures of her receiving attention and lots of human contact. She was able to play with dogs, cats and kids and came home tired and happy.”

“Amazing sitter! First…. I booked her last minute but she accepted. 2nd she communicates very frequently and sends pictures. 3rd she goes above and beyond for mango (my dog)!!! She watched mango on thanksgiving and gave him festive food too! She checked in with me first though before giving him anything. 100% would recommend! “Our dog, Sasha, had a great time with Mandy and her family. They took good care of her, and Sasha got to play with their dog, which she loved, and spent time with their family. They were understanding and worked with her when it came to some of her puppy habits (stealing their shoes, trying to get their food, not always wanting to sleep in her crate, not eating her own food). I would definitely use Mandy again to watch Sasha.”
