“Hao & Xiaochen are absolutely the best!!!!! I was so scared to leave my dog because I have never left him before. However immediately after I dropped my dog off I knew he was going to be loved and safe. I received pictures and videos every day and that was awesome. I could see how happy my dog was. My dog had lots of fun with the other dogs too! They have such a great set up for the dogs. Wonderful place to take your dog!!! They treated my dog like their own. I can’t thank them enough!!!! “This is our first time using Rover. We wanted to find someone to take care of our dog Charlie( a miniature poodle) over Passover weekend. Our dog was diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy back in 2020 and we haven't been able to leave her with anyone because it would trigger a bad cluster of seizures, so we haven't been able to leave much. After getting her on a good combo of medications we felt comfortable trying to board her again, and Karlie came recommended. She also did a great job with grooming, and our pets came home happy and well taken care of. Our puppy had a few accidents, but Vanessa handled everything patiently and professionally. She even took him to the vet while we were away, which we really appreciated. We felt completely at ease knowing our pets were in such good hands.
