About: We have had our dog for over 6 years. I have watched puppies, other dogs and senior dogs that required a lot of special attention. I’m a stay at home mom with 5 energetic boys. We live in walking distance to many trails and parks that we take our dog to. I am home most of the time during the day and can take care of pets’ different needs. We have a fenced yard with lots of shade and a 6 year old border collie that loves friends. We live in a calm neighborhood without a lot of outside noise.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was about five or six helping my parents take care of our Chihuahuas Oreo and sassy. I grew up on a farm raising and breeding goats to show. I have a lot of kids who love pets and love to help. I work Tuesday and Thursday evenings, but I have kiddos who are able to help let pets out into the backyard for potty breaks and to play I have a large fenced in backyard. The grass is currently dead, but it doesn’t stop my kids or my dog from going outside and having fun.

About: I have helped to raise and take care of my dog for over seven years and I’ve helped to look after a couple missing pets until we could find their owners and bring them back to their homes. I’m a student-athlete in college so I have practice and school in the mornings and afternoons on Monday-Thursday so those days I typically won’t be available until 5:00 pm. I also have practices on Saturday mornings and wouldn’t be available until around 12:00 pm. Fridays and Sundays are usually completely free. I have an unfenced yard but I can easily take your dog out on a leash to use the bathroom. I have a very nice and well behaved mini golden doodle that would love a friend to play with. I’ll make sure your dog gets the food, water, care, and attention that they need to be happy and healthy.

Marco and his family were incredible. My dog had a wonderful time at their home for a few days. He sent me photos and updates everyday while I was off at my son's wedding out of state. Very very comforting to know my dog was in good hands and being watched after and cared for and not just stuck in a kennel. Marco is very thoughtful and understanding and proactively went out of his way to make sure I was feeling good and not worried about my dog at all and that my dog was having a great experience (which I've found to be quite rare with others who offer boarding services). He also has a huge fenced yard and tons of space. Even modified and experimented with different arrangements (like time outside in the yard or where my dog was sleeping or if he was in a kennel or not) based on concern for my dog and how my dog reacted which was awesome and way over the top and beyond what I expected. I'll definitely reach out to Marco again next time I need boarding.
Maddie and family have been good to my 2 miniature schnauzer boys. On this last stay, one got a little stressed out about us leaving. Weeks prior we lost our oldest boy and this was his first stay without his protector. I think his anxiety got the best of him and he got a little bout of diarrhea and vomiting. Maddie was great to communicate all along the way and give me updates on his status. I would trust her to watch our pets again and again. She handled his mess like a champ.
Janica is an absolute sweetheart! She offered a meet and greet weeks before we left on our trip to make sure it was a good fit. Both our pups loved her and her comfortable home. She sent pics every day with a little update which was fantastic. Her location is close to the freeway so it was convenient for drop off and pick up. Thank You Janica! This was my first time using Rover and fumbled a little on what I needed. Shane helped me and even took Riley, my Golden Retriever, in a night early when we got to town earlier than expected. Shane and his family took great care of my high energy guy and sent pictures of him enjoying the grass in their yard and sending notes about him. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the house, Shane and Riley were at the door to greet me. I will definitely contact Shane again next year when I come back for the quilt show.
