“My dog, Fred, seemed to have a wonderful time! Heather invited us in to meet her dog, Molly, and to let Fred become comfortable before we left. She was confident and kind, and I could tell Fred would be well cared for. She had a dog-friendly home and a wonderful fenced backyard for the dogs to play in. Heather sent us so many pictures of Fred clearly happy and healthy and getting along well with Molly. I sent along a treat for “in case of stress” and I noticed it came back with Fred. I don’t think he felt anxious at all. Fred came home seeming exactly like himself- happy to see me, but not desperate to see me. The icing on the cake: he was freshly bathed! They were so great and took Axel last minute, and I voiced my concerns dude to bad boarders in the past. They were so great and treated Axel as their own. Since it was his first stay with them they sent me all of the updates which I can appreciate. Nala and Axel played all day, they have a wonderful back yard, tons of toys, and let pets on furniture so he felt right at home. They are honestly amazing and I’m So grateful to have someone nearby to watch him! Don’t book them up too much but definitely know you can trust them with your fur baby”

Jewel did an amazing job taking care of our pup, Knox! He can be very anxious, and she did a wonderful job helping him feel comfortable and safely integrating him with other dogs. She made sure he felt loved and cared for, and she sent daily updates and pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind. We were very nervous since it was our first time leaving him for several days, but we couldn’t be happier with the care he received. We highly recommend Jewel!
We have used Hao and Xiaochen twice now to watch our dog Hazel. You could tell by the daily photos sent that Hazel had a great time during her stay with much needed socialization. They are very organized and communicate well. Much appreciated to know our dog is safe while we are away.
