We had such a great experience! She took amazing care of our dogs and made it feel like they were on vacation of their own. Winifred was absolutely wonderful with Luna! She was so kind, patient, and thoughtful, even taking the time to meet Luna beforehand since it was her first night away from home. She communicated so well and sent us frequent pictures and updates, which gave us so much peace of mind. Luna seemed completely comfortable and right at home with her. We are incredibly grateful for the love and care Winifred gave her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their pet!
Beth and David were so wonderful with my boy. He is not easy and it takes true dog lovers with experience to be able to handle him and they were so patient, caring and loving with him. They gave me the peace of mind I had been so desperately looking for and I am forever grateful to them for all they did. We will be regular customers for sure!
Owen was great at taking care of our girl! This was our first time using rover, but he made the process and experience seamless. He kept us updated with pictures and updates and was even more than understanding and accommodating when we had to arrive a few hours later then scheduled due to traveling issues. We will definitely be using him in the future if he’s available and appreciate his attentive care he gave our baby girl.
