About: Lifelong dog lover with a passion for happy pups, long walks, and lots of attention! I have years of experience caring for dogs for friends, family, and trusted clients in the area. Whether it’s walks, drop-ins, playtime, or cuddles, I genuinely love making pets feel comfortable and cared for. I have a large standard Goldendoodle who LOVES meeting new friends and joining me on our daily trail walks near my home. Since we’re already out adventuring, your pup gets built-in exercise, companionship, and lots of love along the way! As a stay-at-home mom, I have a very flexible schedule and love caring for animals. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, playtime, and check-ins throughout the day to help keep your pets happy, active, and well cared for while you’re away. I have a large yard, a doggie door, and plenty of space for dogs to play, relax, and feel at home. I also have a friendly 3-year-old standard Goldendoodle named Nando who absolutely loves making new friends and going on walks. My home is clean, safe, and very dog-friendly, with lots of room for pets to be comfortable and cared for. Because of allergies in our home, I’m currently only able to accept hypoallergenic dogs.
“My Ollie can be a bit shy and fearful with other dogs, but Amber did everything to make him as comfortable as possible! Amber had great communication with me and great care for Ollie, and I would absolutely rebook the next time I leave town!”

“Tami was awesome with our pups. We had to book last minute on a holiday weekend, and she was very accommodating. She sent us pictures or videos daily and I could tell my pups were at ease and comfortable there.”

“Matti was great! Our puppy started out shy as he hadn't had much contact with other dogs. We were worried that he wouldn't be comfortable with the 3 Chihuahua that Matti has. But, Matti has made it possible and our puppy fit in just fine and seemed to enjoy other dogs' company in the end. Thank you, Matti for taking good care of our puppy while we were out of town! We will surely look for Matti again on our next vacation.”

“Tacy and her family took excellent care of our puppy for a full week. She was very attentive to his needs and even took him a day early so we could make our flight. I received daily updates and reports from Tacy which were extremely appreciated. I highly recommend her - your puppy is in good hands!!”

“Lane and her family were amazing. She provided regular updates and pics of the dogs. She was honest, trustworthy and made me comfortable about leaving my dogs with her. Thanks Lane!”

“My 1yo dog max stayed with Michelle and her family for 5 days. Max had a really good time. Michelle sent lots of photos and updates. Her and her husband are very easy to deal with, and I would definitely recommend!!”

“Stefany was perfect for our fur-babies. She is kind and definitely a dog lover. She listened to our needs, and we could tell our pups were fond of her and happy in her care.”
“Mikelle took amazing care of our pup! When we picked her up, she was so happy and relaxed—it was clear she felt right at home. You can tell Mikelle is a true animal lover, and she went above and beyond to keep our girl comfortable and happy. Highly recommend! ❤️”

“We love Makenna! She took such good care of our dog. She went over and above any of our expectations and our dog came home happy. We will definitely be using her again if she is available.”

“Kaylin was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, it felt like our pup was on a little doggy vacation. She has a wonderful fenced-in backyard and even a dog door so the dogs could run in and out as they pleased—pure freedom and joy! Communication was prompt and super friendly, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. What made it even more special is that her kids got involved too—they played with the dogs, keeping them active, happy, and loved like part of the family. It’s clear Kaylin truly cares about animals, and she’s created a safe, fun, and welcoming home for them. I can’t recommend her enough—your pup will be in the best hands! 🐾💛”

“Leah and James were wonderful! They were so quick to respond and easy to work with on meet up times. I could tell from the daily pictures and video that Milo had a great time. Definitely will be back!”

“Lyndi was great and did such a wonderful job with Roxy 🐶 Lyndi is very sweet ❤️ flexible and has such a great energy. She makes you and your furry feel welcomed. This is the second time that I used her services and can't tell enough great things about her. She keep you updated and include pictures on a daily basis. She is amazing, and definitely would recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much Lyndi!! ✨”

“Brett, Renae, Keith and Allison were everything we could have asked for in our first Rover experience. They were incredibly validating of our nervousness with using rover, they were thorough during our initial meeting, taking detailed notes regarding our seniors boy’s care, and they were so sweet and warm towards our Brighton. During the stay, they sent daily video/pictures updates of him, he was clearly having such an amazing time. Being an apartment dog, he doesn’t often have a chance to roam in a yard, and they ensured he was able to take full advantage. They were amazing sitters, and are incredibly kind and welcoming people. We will be booking with them again, and I would recommend them to anyone”

“Sharon watched my Shih Tzu. She’s a bit older and a little more high maintenance. Sharon was so kind and patient with her and understanding that she may take extra care and extra time. She sent me pictures and made me feel so much better about having to leave my pup with someone!”

“This was our first time using Karesa’s services and we are very happy with her! When we picked up our pups from her home they were exhausted which means they got plenty of exercise and play time. We arranged a meet and greet beforehand and her whole family came out to meet us and our puppies, which I thought was pretty cool. We will be using them again!”

I can’t recommend Charity enough! We had to leave our goldendoodle, Buddy, with a new sitter for five nights, and I was definitely a little nervous since it was our first time leaving him with someone new for that long. She completely exceeded every expectation. From day one, she kept us updated with the sweetest photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was obvious Buddy was being genuinely loved, getting plenty of exercise, and having the best time playing with the other dogs. Seeing how happy and comfortable he was made it so much easier to enjoy our trip. She’s incredibly professional, flexible, communicative, and so easy to work with. We were so impressed that we already booked her again for our next trip before we even picked Buddy up! If you’re looking for someone who will treat your dog like family, I highly, highly, highly recommend her. Buddy can’t wait to go back!

Seini took very good care of our 16 month old Quinn. Quinn Loved running around in the large fenced yard. Seini has a lot of experience taking care of dogs, and that made me feel comfortable about leaving our Quinn with her. Will definitely use Seini in the future.

Nancy is wonderful!!! Though we haven't even met yet she is warm, caring and from the pictures I've received so far, my little 15 yr old chorkie is in love with her family!! I can't express the relief I feel knowing he is being cared for like he is. I am in Myrtle Beach and because my dog sitting plan fell through, Nancy came in and saved my vacation!!!!! Thank you Nancy!!! My new forever dog person!! 😘🥳

Carolina continues to be a great caretaker for my dog. She takes him for walks, sends happy pictures, and keeps me updated so I know my dog is doing well. She is good at dealing with my older dog who has some anxious habits. I will definitely trust her again with my dog!

Jenn did a wonderful job watching our 6 month old mini golden doodle, Romeo, while we were away. She sent pictures and videos to update us. She did leash and potty training and kept an eye on his food intake for us. She made Romeo feel very comfortable at her home. She had even given him a bath when I picked him up!

Tacy and her family cared for my 3 dogs with such genuine kindness and love. Every video and picture update showed how comfortable and welcome they were during their 10 day stay. I highly recommend Tacy if you’re looking for a home that will keep your woof family safe and happy.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in UT ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
