“This was my first time using the Rover service. I was very pleased with how everything went. Ivette was very accommodating. Admittedly, I was anxious. I have one easy dig and one not so easy. Ivette scheduled a meet and greet and she was fantastic. My dogs felt right at home and were very loved. I received regular updates and I could tell very easily that my dogs felt right at home. This was very comforting for me, as I was nervous to leave my lab for the first time. I will definitely use the app again, but I will most definitely have Yvette and her family watch my dogs again, and again.”

When we dropped him off both my wife and I had a really good feeling about them as you could tell they were good people and would take care of our pup. She kept us updated on our short trip and let us know how he was doing. When we picked him up, he fell asleep in the car, and then when we got home he immediately went to sleep for the rest of the day and the entire next day, which is a great sign for us.
