Kim was super responsive and sent frequent updates about Bristol (our dog). Bristol fractured her foot the morning before boarding her with Kim, and Kim was super understanding and kind. She ensured that Bristol got her pain medications and ensured that she got plenty of time outside while keeping to the veterinarian ordered activity restrictions. She even laid down extra carpeting to help her get around more easily in her home. Definitely recommend!

I’m available for weekdays, weekends, holidays, overnight stays, drop-in visits, and dog walking. Maintaining a pet’s normal routine can make all the difference while their family is away, and I strive to provide dependable, loving care that helps reduce stress and keeps pets happy and secure. There’s something special about earning an animal’s trust. Every pet has their own personality, routines, and quirks, and I enjoy taking the time to get to know each one as an individual. Whether it’s a playful puppy, a senior dog who needs a little extra patience, or a shy pet who takes time to warm up, I work at their pace to help them feel comfortable and secure. A typical day of care is centered on maintaining your pet’s normal routine while providing calm, attentive, in-home support. I follow their established schedule as closely as possible, including morning care, feeding, walks or potty breaks, and companionship based on their individual needs. Throughout the day, I provide a balanced mix of exercise, enrichment, and rest so each pet remains comfortable, engaged, and settled in their familiar environment. This may include walks, structured play, enrichment activities, or quiet companionship depending on their personality and energy level. For cats and other indoor pets, I focus on interactive play, environmental stimulation, and consistent presence to support comfort and ease. Each pet is unique, so I adjust my care to their temperament and routine—whether they are active and social or more relaxed and low-key. My goal is to provide steady, reliable care that supports their well-being, maintains their routine, and allows your household to continue running smoothly while you are away.

- Before caring for any pet, I like to know as much as possible about their needs, preferences, and routines. This includes health concerns, allergies, food restrictions, favorite toys, boundaries around touch, and any behaviors—whether new, recurring, or signs of aggression—that I should be aware of. I also pay attention to how pets feel around kids, other animals, or new experiences, so I can make their time away from home comfortable and stress-free. No detail is too small, and I always take owners’ concerns seriously—if it matters to you, it matters to me. My goal is to make the transition as smooth and happy as possible for pets and their parents alike.
