About: I've had wonderful experiences caring for cats and truly enjoy spending time with them. The first time was when my sister went out of town and trusted me to care for her cat. I carefully followed all of her instructions, made sure he was fed on time, always had fresh water, kept his space clean, and spent time playing with him and giving him attention. It was such a positive experience that I discovered how much I enjoy caring for cats. Later, a neighbor asked me to care for her cat while she was away. During her visits, apart from her usual duties, she also cleaned up an accident near the litter box and brought it 2 packages that we had mistimed to be delivered during our travel. I provide calm, home-based dog boarding and daycare designed to feel less like traditional boarding and more like staying with someone your dog already knows and loves. I also have a secure lead setup in the front yard where dogs who enjoy the outdoors can safely relax, sunbathe on the outdoor bed, sniff around, and enjoy some fresh air while supervised. We’re also surrounded by some of Daybreak’s best dog-friendly parks, walking trails, and green space, including areas near the lake, which means lots of safe, leashed walks, fresh air, sniffing, and enrichment. For everyone’s comfort and safety, I require a meet & greet for all new clients to make sure we are a great fit before booking.

About: Privately insured. I’ve always had many different kids of pets and I’m comfortable with large and small breed dogs as well as cats. I have a large three level townhome with a four year old husky mix and some awesome teenage kids to play with if your baby is ready for some fun. I have plenty of space inside, as well as options for kennels. We do twice daily long walks if the weather is good, and plenty of short potty breaks throughout the day. I have a flexible schedule and I can give your pets attention, play time and potty breaks as needed. I like sending updates throughout your pets stay so that you have fun pics and videos to see what we’ve been up to every day :) I have a playful, friendly pooch of my own, but he doesn’t need to interact with your pets if anyone is feeling uncomfortable. About: A couple who have two of the best fur-babies on the planet and would love to help you out with yours! My dog growing up lived to be 16 years old so I do have experience caring for a senior dog, administering meds, and being extra mindful of their physical limits. One of our fur babies is really prone to ear infections, so we are also familiar with giving ear drops, cleaning, and giving antibiotics for that. We have had both of our fur baby since they were puppies, so we know how that can be too and how much love, patience, and attention they require to be properly stimulated. We did have cats as well growing up, I don’t have any of my own, but I do also enjoy how relaxing cats can be with their more mellow personalities as they get older, but still super playful with the right toys. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner and Chris works from home. We both love animals, and would love to get to know your family. Both of us work full time doing 10 hour shifts, but we work different hours and different days commonly, so between the two of us, we can always coordinate a visit in the morning and the evening, the only drop in that might be more difficult to arrange is something in the middle of the day. Chris works from home and I work 10 hour shifts 3 times a week. We are both excellent at following instructions and will follow whatever care needs your fur babe requires. We just want to understand what will make everyone feel safe and comfortable.

You’ll receive plenty of photo updates so you always know how they’re doing. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to spend plenty of time with your pets and provide them with lots of attention throughout the day. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I’ll follow your pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, medications (if needed), and any special instructions you provide. I keep a close eye on every pet, provide plenty of love and attention, and send regular photo updates so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and work hard to make them feel safe, comfortable, and happy.

“OMG totally glad I picked Kendra & Daniel! They really took the stress off especially with us being new to the doggysitting life/having others watching our fur kiddos! I felt like I was being too much and a burden but Kendra brought that fear down by A LOT! Always kept in communication and love that her and her family were so welcoming and kept them active! Just made this whole experience changing it was our second time using Rover. Definitely does know how to make your fur kiddos feel like family especially her husband, kids and her neighborhood/community! With having “aggressive” breed fur kiddos and being from an animal shelter for so long, them not being used to being around/hanging around other dogs freely and what not it’s hard to trust and leave them with others but after only a few seconds lol it changed for the better💜Wonderful family and super friendly and didn’t make us feel like it was an issue or anything with our furries especially with us booking last minute.
