Haily was amazing! This was our first time using Rover and we were a little nervous especially since it was a last-minute booking. I even booked it incorrectly but Haley was so kind, understanding, and helpful in getting everything corrected. Her communication was excellent from start to finish. When we picked Izzy up, she was happy, well cared for, and absolutely exhausted which tells me she had plenty of fun and playtime! Haley made us feel completely at ease, and we wouldn't hesitate to book with her again. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter!
