“Cinthya and her family took wonderful care of our Bailey!! They sent regular videos, pictures and updates about her while we were gone. It’s obvious she had love, attention and exercise everyday! I will definitely be bringing Bailey back to Cynthia when we need a dog sitter again!! Highly recommended!”

“Used them again to take care of Winston and I am so glad I did! Got lots of updates and they took care of Winston and kept him active, will use them again in the future! I highly recommend!”

“So-so grateful for Mark and Corrie for taking Otis on such short notice! We loved receiving updates and drop off/pick up with no problem. Definitely recommend them for pups! Thank you so, so much!!”

“"TRUE" Dog People! My 2 Pomsky's Murphy & Maya had a fabulous time at Maddie & Sam's house. They love their grassy backyard and all the attention they got. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone in the SLC area to have their fur babies watched by this couple. It was a TOP notch experience from start to finish. Loved the Picture & Video updates to see them having so much time.”

“Robb and his kids did such an amazing job taking care of our dog, Max! We have never felt so comfortable leaving him for a long trip. Robb even took the time to meet with us beforehand so Max could get familiar with him and his home. He carefully noted all of Max’s needs to make sure he felt comfortable during his stay. We also received regular photos and updates, which gave us so much peace of mind. We will definitely be booking with him again—thank you so much, Robb, for taking such wonderful care of Max! He’s going to miss you all!”

“Dana and Jack were so flexible with the booking! I was due for a baby and wasn’t fully sure when things would happen, but they modified things and took Fox when it was time. He came home tired and happy. Dana and Jack were great to work with and very communicative!”

“Ashtyn was amazing!!! From our first meeting and her communication while my dog was in her care I could relax knowing my Tuffy was being loved. I would highly recommend Ashtyn to watch anyone’s pets. Thank you!!!!”

“Brecken was amazing with our dog! She is definitely comfortable with dogs, sent us periodic updates, and loved him like her own. He was well cared for while we were out of town!”

“This is our family's first time using the app Rover to find someone to kennel our dog while on vacation. Our dog, Ryza, stayed with Hailey for 1 week. When we picked up Ryza, she was energetic, happy, and looked well cared for. After looking through Rover a bit more, I did notice some sitters sending images of their dog while the owners dog were cared for. I personally feel that would have been one thing that would have been one thing to add to an amazing experience. As I didn't ask to have images sent once or twice through the sit, the responsibility is mine. Hailey was amazing! I felt our Ryza was well cared for.”

“Cheri and her husband were great! Our last experience with rover left us feeling like our dog would never be happy staying at another person’s house other than our own…with our previous experience, our dog didn’t eat for two days—Cheri had Murphy eating in 30 minutes. Hands down will be using them for future trips!”

“Andee was flexible and clearly loves animals. Her house is set up perfectly for dogs to feel happy and safe. Plenty of room to roam in or outdoors and a doggie door. I love that she has pets too and they didn’t even bark when I dropped off, just waited politely peeking in the back door waiting to meet their new friend. Mango came home happy & EXHAUSTED 😀 She slept the whole next day. She played HARD! We know she enjoyed herself bc she didn’t even punish us when we got home! Will be rebooking with Andee!”

“Alexus was wonderful with our dog while we were away for a couple of nights. She sent picture updates, took her on walks every day, and truly treated her like a member of the family. We had a completely worry free experience with no issues at all. We would absolutely book with Alexus again and highly recommend her!”

“Heather was so easy to work with she sent photos every day and kept us up to date on how our dog was doing. When we brought her home she was calm and relaxed I can tell she was comfortable with Heather.”
“Tammy and family were great! Very responsive communicators, the dogs seemed to have a great time, and they were exhausted when they came home. Pretty much everything you could ask for.”

“We love Kara! Thank you for watching our babies and giving them the care they need. Such a great family to leave our fur babies with while we are away. Couldn't ask for better care. Thank you!!!”

Alexus was wonderful with our dog while we were away for a couple of nights. She sent picture updates, took her on walks every day, and truly treated her like a member of the family. We had a completely worry free experience with no issues at all. We would absolutely book with Alexus again and highly recommend her!

We had a wonderful experience with Bethany! She was reliable, communicative, and took excellent care of our dog. We felt completely comfortable knowing he was in good hands and appreciated the updates throughout his stay. He came home happy and well cared for. We would absolutely book with Bethany again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring pet sitter!

We felt confident from our pre-appointment meeting with Sharon and Cornelius that this would be a great fit to watch our senior mini dachshund, Rascal. Happy to say that we were not disappointed and, in fact, we're delighted by how well-cared-for our pup was. He has only ever been watched by family and usually in our own home. We looked for a placement that only took one dog at a time and had a fenced yard. Everything went perfectly and we loved seeing the daily photos.

I'm mostly disappointed I don't live closer because Emily and family would be my go-to every single time if I did. They only get 5 stars because I can't go any higher. One of my dogs had a medical emergency while with them (not related at all to their care, just a result of getting older) and they took care of her like she was their own....or even better than many would take care of their own. When Maya was having difficulty walking, Emily literally carried her around and did the whole thing keeping me aware of every update. And her (and the kids') genuine love for my dogs shown through again and again. I've had a variety of good and bad experiences on Rover, but this is the best sitter I have ever worked with. Literally can not recommend them highly enough

Many sitters in UT ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
