Alexus took great care of Boston. She gave me regular updates and photos. Also, he was on additional medication when he was with her and she took on the responsibility of dispensing those to him without issue. I was confident my dog was happy and taken care of the whole six days.
We had a wonderful experience with Bethany! She was reliable, communicative, and took excellent care of our dog. We felt completely comfortable knowing he was in good hands and appreciated the updates throughout his stay. He came home happy and well cared for. I'm mostly disappointed I don't live closer because Emily and family would be my go-to every single time if I did. They only get 5 stars because I can't go any higher. One of my dogs had a medical emergency while with them (not related at all to their care, just a result of getting older) and they took care of her like she was their own....or even better than many would take care of their own. When Maya was having difficulty walking, Emily literally carried her around and did the whole thing keeping me aware of every update. And her (and the kids') genuine love for my dogs shown through again and again. I've had a variety of good and bad experiences on Rover, but this is the best sitter I have ever worked with. Literally can not recommend them highly enough
