“So grateful for Robb and his kids for the extra care they gave to Yoshi! Their yard is great for him to run around with and all the communication was greatly appreciated! You can tell they really care about the well being of your pet and that they are comfortable.”

“Taylee and her family took such special care of our girls! She provided pictures and updates regularly. The girls stayed with her for a little less than a week and I would surely recommend using her again!”

“Tucker was sad to leave them! Lindsey and her family took an amazing care of him. Super loving, communicative and flexible. We cannot be more appreciated. We were able to enjoy our trip to Utah thanks to them. Thank you again!! ??”

“My large dog Houston had such a fun time (like he always does with Cynthy) she sends picture and video updates of him playing outside always so happy like he’s on vacation! She gets back to you fast and is very reliable and flexible with pickup and drop off. 110% would recommend to anyone! She is my go to pet sitter anytime we need to leave town 💙💙💙💙”

“Chelsey and her family were awesome! I left my 7 week old kitten with them and she sent pictures and videos of her during the stay. I can tell Sophie had a great time because she came home and was exhausted- lots of play time! Thank you Chelsey :)”

“Our experience was exceptional! Bethany was great with our dog while we were away! She communicated regularly, sent photo updates, and made us feel completely at ease during our entire vacation. Our Ollie was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. We would definitely book again!”

“Went above and beyond to make sure my dog was comfortable her first time overnight in an unfamiliar place! So grateful for the pictures and video updates that helped reassure me that she was enjoying her time!”
“Kara took such good care of my two-year old Shih Tzu, Kobe. She has a huge fenced in yard for playtime. Kobe loved his daily walks with Kara and her children. She sent me many photos and even a short video. I would highly recommend her for caring for your pet.”

“Amazing experience. First time using Rover and left for 5 days. Fozzie was in amazing hands and I got photo updates along the way. He was well taken care of and so happy! Cannot recommend enough!”

“Stephanie and her family are wonderful. My dog, Rogue, immediately warmed up to them and was obviously loved. She was very intentional and thoughtful with many pictures and sweet notes everyday. I absolutely recommend Stephanie and will be using her again!”

“Avery was fabulous! My dog came home looking better than when he left. He was freshly groomed and so happy. Avery sent many pictures and I could tell my dog was in love with his stay there. Avery has the best service ever! She even picked up and dropped off our dog even though we lived an hour away from her. Everything about booking with Avery went great and my dog loved it. He had so many dogs to play with and they were even his size! My dog looked like he was vacationing at a dog park which is his dream! Her backyard is huge with nice green grass. I will book with her everytime! Thanks Avery, you helped us out so much and we were so happy Drax had a fun week with you!”

“This was my first time using Rover and it definitely did not disappoint. Ally and Trevor were amazing! You can tell they love animals and updated me daily with photos of Kota. Kota will for sure miss the other doggos. I would highly recommend Ally and Trevor.”

“Sharon and Cornelius were fantastic! I was scrambling to find a last-minute sitter for my pup who (at the time) could not be around other dogs due to a medical issue and from the moment Sharon opened the door at our meet and greet I felt very comfortable leaving Cooper with her and her family. When we arrived we were greeted by Sharon, who had the front room of the house closed off so Cooper could have a safe place to acclimate and play with the many dog toys available while she asked very relevant questions about his personality/needs; she also gave me ample opportunity to ask as many questions as I wanted. Cooper immediately became very comfortable and showed his best self, which was a great sign as he immediately communicated that he wanted to leave when we met the other sitter I was considering earlier in the day. After a lengthy Q&A, Sharon felt comfortable enough to invite her husband and son into the room for their meet and greet. Cornelius instilled just as much faith as Sharon and their son was very gentle with Cooper (which is not a common trait with small children). We then went to the back yard where they asked even more questions about what he was an allowed to do and how I wanted him cared for while Cooper romped around and ate grass (he just likes it). Sharon and Cornelius clearly understand that dogs need a safe space to acclimate prior to being dropped off and I was sent daily updates, pictures, and videos while I was on my trip. What stood out the most is that they prioritized having a good relationship with my pup for the safety of everyone involved prior to agreeing to take him into their home. My folks live in the area and I will most definitely be relying on Sharon and Cornelius for my future dog sitting needs.”

“It was wonderful to have Chelsea watch Iris again! I knew she would be well taken care of and have so much fun. Chelsea sent me such wonderful updates at the end of each day with lots of pictures!”

“Renee is always a joy to deal with (as well as her family)! She's always so easy going, flexible, and is sure to keep me posted on how my dogs are doing (to include pictures). Even though she doesn't have a fenced in backyard, I know my pups are safe with her and I never have to worry. Her family treats my dogs with the same care, love, and respect that their dogs get. I certainly feel I don't have to look any further than Renee when it comes to finding a pet sitter!”

“We were so grateful to Dana and Jack and their wonderful care for our dog! Our dog struggles with intense separation anxiety, but they were so good to work with us and ensure all her special needs would be met. You should definitely have them watch your fluffy friend (just don’t book them whenever we need them;)”

“Drop-off and pick-up were smooth. Hailey updated us on how Katie was doing, and she even sent her home with a goody bag. It was a great experience for our first time using Rover. We would definitely request her again.”

“It's an absolute relief to know that Ashtyn cares about your dog as much as you do. She sent us updates, videos, and messages throughout the boarding. I don't think that we will ever need another dog sitter besides Ashtyn again ❤️?”

Wish I could give more stars!⭐️ Nicole is flexible, personable and Mango forgot about us about 2 seconds after we got there! Her children are sweet, and loving and I’m sure were a big part of Mango’s happy experience. I loved her friendly little dog pack and mango loved joining her pack for the day. She was happy and non-punishing😂 when we picked her up which was a first for us. She was EXHAUSTED the whole next day. My husband joked that our little princess might need a day with Nicole at least once a month whether we go on vacation or not! 😂 She absolutely loved running around and checking on the cows and being on the farm. We will use Nicole again and again!

Many sitters in UT ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
