“My dogs were well taken care of! They were happy when we picked them up and when we dropped them off, they weren't anxious like they usually are. I am so glad to have found a place for our dogs to go when we needs a sitter.”

“So grateful for Robb and his kids for the extra care they gave to Yoshi! Their yard is great for him to run around with and all the communication was greatly appreciated! You can tell they really care about the well being of your pet and that they are comfortable.”

“"TRUE" Dog People! My 2 Pomsky's Murphy & Maya had a fabulous time at Maddie & Sam's house. They love their grassy backyard and all the attention they got. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone in the SLC area to have their fur babies watched by this couple. It was a TOP notch experience from start to finish. Loved the Picture & Video updates to see them having so much time.”

“5 star care taker, second time stay for my Dog and he loves there family. He likes running and apparently Stephanie and they family like covered 15+miles on average in a week”

“Lindsey took such great care of our nervous, anxious poodle while we were out of town. Our travel plans changed a bit and she was very flexible. She communicated with us about how our dog was doing and sent pictures and videos, which we really appreciated. She gave our dog the love and cuddles she needed to feel comfortable in a new environment.”

“We’ve worked with many, many different Rover sitters over the years, and, of them all, Sharon and her family really deeply cared about Leo and made him a prominent part of their family during his stay. I could tell by the way they spoke so lovingly about his quirks, and helped me be aware of ways to help him stay healthy as he gets older. We will definitely be bringing Leo back for future stays!”

“Wonderful experience. Crystal was very flexible with drop off and pick up times. We received multiple photos and updates throughout the week that we were out of town; despite having spotty cell coverage, she sent us photos anyway for us to receive when we did have service. She also went above and beyond by bathing her the day we arrived home; her coat was fluffy, and she had a little bandana L toed around he4 neck, and she was sift”

“Darelena was so sweet and attentive with our pup. She gave us updates during our vacation and had a laid back approach when our dog was a bit barky on a hotter than average day. She is a kind soul and would absolutely recommend her to anyone.”

“Jeff and Anna are amazing! We’ve rebooked with them because we know they’ll take such good care of our pup. They are very focused on making sure the pet is happy and healthy! Would 10/10 recommend”

“Cinthya and her husband took great care of our sweet pup! Cinthya was very reassuring and sent lots of pictures & updates. I would trust them to watch Prairie anytime!”

“Jodi was wonderful! Very communicative and quick to respond and so flexible with any changes that happened in scheduling. They also took great care of Ozzie even though he is a very high energy puppy and I’m sure he was not the easiest to board! Jodi was always very kind and reassuring and made sure he had a lot of exercise! Thank you for all your help!”

“Chelsey and her family did an amazing job taking care of our cat. She kept us updated and made sure he was played with, fed and happy. Definitely planning to use her again.”

“My wife and I have used Ally and Trevor several times and we are very happy with them. Our dog gets very excited when we arrive at her house and seems to be excited to be there. We will continue to use Ally and Trevor in the future.”

“Kara was very thoughtful and attentive. She communicated well and responded quickly. She accommodated my dogs needs very well. Bandit was well taken care of. I will definitely use her services again. Thanks Kara!”

“Anna was absolutely amazing with my dog. She took care of her as if she were own. My dog suffers from anxiety and she was super patient and good with her. I trust her completely with my fur baby. I highly recommend Anna.”

“Mallory is our newest life saver! She is wonderfully accommodating and our typically anxious little guy did great! Our dog was well taken care of and we have already booked our next sleepover…I highly recommend her!”

“Renee is always a joy to deal with (as well as her family)! She's always so easy going, flexible, and is sure to keep me posted on how my dogs are doing (to include pictures). Even though she doesn't have a fenced in backyard, I know my pups are safe with her and I never have to worry. Her family treats my dogs with the same care, love, and respect that their dogs get. I certainly feel I don't have to look any further than Renee when it comes to finding a pet sitter!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Woodland Hills
Wish I could give more stars!⭐️ Nicole is flexible, personable and Mango forgot about us about 2 seconds after we got there! Her children are sweet, and loving and I’m sure were a big part of Mango’s happy experience. I loved her friendly little dog pack and mango loved joining her pack for the day. She was happy and non-punishing😂 when we picked her up which was a first for us. She was EXHAUSTED the whole next day. My husband joked that our little princess might need a day with Nicole at least once a month whether we go on vacation or not! 😂 She absolutely loved running around and checking on the cows and being on the farm. We will use Nicole again and again!

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in UT ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
