“Robb and his kids did such an amazing job taking care of our dog, Max! We have never felt so comfortable leaving him for a long trip. Robb even took the time to meet with us beforehand so Max could get familiar with him and his home. He carefully noted all of Max’s needs to make sure he felt comfortable during his stay. We also received regular photos and updates, which gave us so much peace of mind. We will definitely be booking with him again—thank you so much, Robb, for taking such wonderful care of Max! He’s going to miss you all!”

“Taylee did an amazing job with our dog! She did great with her medication needs, sent updates and pictures, and was flexible with our pickup time! We were also so glad Taylee booked us on short notice when we couldn’t book our normal sitter. Thank you Taylee!”

“Lindsey provided excellent, loving care for our sweet Snuggles while she cared for him from July 26-July 31st! He was part of a fun and vibrant family and very well taken care of.I would be happy to use Lindsey's service again and gladly recommend her to anyone with a boarding need who has a dog that can be trusted around other dogs and small children.”

“She was an excellent caregiver, she treat my pet as if it were hers and she fill her with love and affection while she take care of her. She always send photos and almost all the time she updated us on how my pet was doing. Obviously the best and I will continue to schedule with her from now on.”

“Kara is the best! Our dog loves to be with her and play with her kids! We have used her for a few years now, and love her personalized care toward us and our doggy.”

“While recovering from eye surgery, I wanted to make sure my puppy was well taken care of! I could not be happier with the experience and I know Rosie was well taken care of. The schedule was exactly what she needed to keep up on her learning and training as a puppy. I appreciated the pictures that were sent as well that let me know Rosie was having fun with the other dogs.”

“We are so thankful for the wonderful care Katie, David and their girls gave to our Alro while we were away. Katie was so accommodating and responsive as this was our first time using Rover. It was clear right from the start that they knew their way around large dogs, which gave us so much peace of mind. They handled him with confidence and care, and we felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. We would absolutely use them again!!”

“Our dog had the best time staying here! He was loved, taken care of and had so much fun playing with her dogs! She was awesome about sending us photos and we will definitely book again!”

“Dana and Jack were so flexible with the booking! I was due for a baby and wasn’t fully sure when things would happen, but they modified things and took Fox when it was time. He came home tired and happy. Dana and Jack were great to work with and very communicative!”

“Hailey is incredibly professional and most importantly, a caring dog sitter who really takes the time to appreciate the individual personality and needs of my dog. I know when my lil guy Tucker is with her that he’ll be loved as well as more than adequately taken care of. I highly recommend Hailey, your dog will be well taken care and in for an enjoyable stay if you entrust your fur family member(s) to her. I was very satisfied by the level of care she provided and the daily updates she sent to keep my anxiety at bay.”

“This was the first time Lincoln has stayed overnight with Renee and her family. I already knew he would be well taken care of. Renee has watched him before during the day. They're a caring and loving family that genuinely care about your dogs like their own!”

So grateful for Robb and his kids for the extra care they gave to Yoshi! Their yard is great for him to run around with and all the communication was greatly appreciated! You can tell they really care about the well being of your pet and that they are comfortable.

Wish I could give more stars!⭐️ Nicole is flexible, personable and Mango forgot about us about 2 seconds after we got there! Her children are sweet, and loving and I’m sure were a big part of Mango’s happy experience. I loved her friendly little dog pack and mango loved joining her pack for the day. She was happy and non-punishing😂 when we picked her up which was a first for us. She was EXHAUSTED the whole next day. My husband joked that our little princess might need a day with Nicole at least once a month whether we go on vacation or not! 😂 She absolutely loved running around and checking on the cows and being on the farm. We will use Nicole again and again!

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
