“We had never left Jax before so we were a little nervous leaving him but Mark and Corrie offered for us to bring Jax over and meet them first and let him take a look around and make him feel comfortable. Jax made a friend while there and seemed to do really well. We will definitely take him there again! (If they will take him 😉)”

“My wife and I have used Ally and Trevor multiple times. Moya has always been excited when she gets there and seems to be well taken care of when we pick her up. The pictures Ally sends us always seem to show Moya interacting well with the other dogs. We will continue to use Ally and Trevor for our dog sitting needs.”

“We were so nervous leaving our puppy for so many days, but Chelsea and her husband treated Blue like one of their own dogs. I loved all the cute daily updates and pics we received and it was so obvious how much fun our puppy had there. Would gladly book with her again.”

“Tammy and family were great! Very responsive communicators, the dogs seemed to have a great time, and they were exhausted when they came home. Pretty much everything you could ask for.”

“Wonderful experience all around. I had to leave my dogs for two weeks and was very nervous about it. I’ve never left them for that long before. I found out about Rover and decided on Ashley and I’m so glad I did. She took such good care of my dogs, sent me updates and kept me informed of everything. I could tell they had a great time and were very comfortable there. Lots of space to run and play too. It was so nice knowing, they would be with a family that would give them affection and attention and take care of them as opposed to being locked in a kennel. Anytime I go anywhere from now on I’m sending them here!”

“Sharon and Cornelius were fantastic! I was scrambling to find a last-minute sitter for my pup who (at the time) could not be around other dogs due to a medical issue and from the moment Sharon opened the door at our meet and greet I felt very comfortable leaving Cooper with her and her family. When we arrived we were greeted by Sharon, who had the front room of the house closed off so Cooper could have a safe place to acclimate and play with the many dog toys available while she asked very relevant questions about his personality/needs; she also gave me ample opportunity to ask as many questions as I wanted. Cooper immediately became very comfortable and showed his best self, which was a great sign as he immediately communicated that he wanted to leave when we met the other sitter I was considering earlier in the day. After a lengthy Q&A, Sharon felt comfortable enough to invite her husband and son into the room for their meet and greet. Cornelius instilled just as much faith as Sharon and their son was very gentle with Cooper (which is not a common trait with small children). We then went to the back yard where they asked even more questions about what he was an allowed to do and how I wanted him cared for while Cooper romped around and ate grass (he just likes it). Sharon and Cornelius clearly understand that dogs need a safe space to acclimate prior to being dropped off and I was sent daily updates, pictures, and videos while I was on my trip. What stood out the most is that they prioritized having a good relationship with my pup for the safety of everyone involved prior to agreeing to take him into their home. My folks live in the area and I will most definitely be relying on Sharon and Cornelius for my future dog sitting needs.”

Wish I could give more stars!⭐️ Nicole is flexible, personable and Mango forgot about us about 2 seconds after we got there! Her children are sweet, and loving and I’m sure were a big part of Mango’s happy experience. I loved her friendly little dog pack and mango loved joining her pack for the day. She was happy and non-punishing😂 when we picked her up which was a first for us. She was EXHAUSTED the whole next day. My husband joked that our little princess might need a day with Nicole at least once a month whether we go on vacation or not! 😂 She absolutely loved running around and checking on the cows and being on the farm. We will use Nicole again and again!

Valentina is the best! I absolutely will be a repeat client! She let me look around the space when I dropped off my dog, and let me get my dog settled before I left. My dog has a chicken allergy, and she made sure my dog didn't eat any of the other dog's food. She responded quickly to my messages and sent me pictures throughout my trip. She was flexible with drop off and pick up times, and my dog had so much fun in her care! I highly recommend Valentina :)

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
