“Marsha is so sweet! She was great to send us pictures and updates of our pup. When we picked our dog up she seemed so happy! Thanks for taking great care of her Marsha!”

“I can’t say enough about how great they were with Isabel and attentive to her needs as an older dog. They have a great setup with the yard to allow the dogs out, but keeping them safe. They were excellent with communication and I will definitely be booking again.”

“Robb and his kids were AMAZING!!! We chatted before booking to make sure he was great fit. He made sure to understand our dog and took the time to make his stay comfortable. He gave our dog tons of exercise, which is hard to do, and respected his very fickle boundaries. We got daily updates and our dog looked so comfortable in all the photos he sent. They gave him so much love, care, and treated him like family. It was the best experience we have EVER had on this app- and we’ve had a lot!”

“Stephanie was such a great fit for our dog! She gave frequent updates and loved him like her own!! I will definitely be contacting her again to watch him! Thanks Stephanie!”

“Went above and beyond to make sure my dog was comfortable her first time overnight in an unfamiliar place! So grateful for the pictures and video updates that helped reassure me that she was enjoying her time!”
“Bethany was amazing! One of my pups is really anxious and she was so patient with him and was able to get him settled down and comfortable right away. She is so easy to communicate with and kept us updated with pictures and video. Bonus... She has 3 super cute little helpers that were great with my pups.”
“Andee took great care of our puppies and we couldn’t be happier with the updates and photos and how happy our dogs were when we came home. It was obvious they were very well taken care of and had everything they needed. We will definitely use them again!”

“Kara and her family have taken great care of our pup. We are so grateful our dog was safe and happy in their home so we could enjoy our vacation. Thank you so much!!”

“Samson had SO much fun with ashtyn and her dog. I got updates from her daily which I appreciated. She took him on hikes and my dog seemed so happy when we picked him up. Will definitely be using her again to watch Samson!”

“OMG, I love these ladies! I've hated putting my dog in a kennel and finally found someone who treats my pup like one of their own! The first night I received a picture of Finn sleeping on Erin in a recliner. Who does that but someone who loves all dogs?? They have 4 smaller dogs of their own and my dog played with all of them like they were siblings. My dog is still a pup (7 months, Aussie Shepherd) and after our initial meeting I was a little worried they would reject her because she isn't really obedience trained, though house trained, and very destructive with anything she can get!) I love that their yard is double fenced in and they have the cutest doggy door ramp for them to come and go. Natasha and Erin sent me videos and pictures through her whole stay, which I appreciated. I will definitely use them again and again and so grateful they are only 5 minutes away from me. They are such a gem!!”

“Taylee was amazing!! She was great to check in with me and provide updates/pictures throughout my dogs stay. It was so nice not having to worry about my dog while I was away on vacation. I would 10/10 recommend sending your dog to her!!”

“I’m so glad we found Shyanne and her family through Rover to watch and care over our dog while we are gone. I don’t even have to worry about her. I know she will be well taken care of, have lots of love and attention and have lots of play time with their dog and her family. We will definitely keep reaching out to Shyanne to watch over our dog in the future”

“Ashley is super responsive and my dog has great fun when he stays with her. My biggest worry is that Sultan (my dog) has more fun at her house, playing with her dogs, than he does at my house.”

“Hailey was wonderful! She was warm, responsive and made us feel like our dog was well taken care of! This was the first time we left our dog, and it was for 11 days! She was great. She was also very responsive and adaptable when we picked up our dog early because we changed plans to come home a few days earlier than anticipated.”

“Cheri was absolutely amazing. We have a pretty high energy pup, and Cheri was the perfect fit with her sweet lab Pixie! They were best friends and kept each other entertained. Cheri also sent so many pictures and videos updated us and helping us have a peace of mind. She always responded super quick and was willing to be flexible. 10/10 recommend!!”

“Lauren is an absolutely amazing host. Would recommend anyone to let her take care their dog. The dogs get plenty of time to exercise and have fun outside and a warm place to sleep at night. Her own dogs are very friendly too and excellent companions.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Mapleton
We have boarded our dogs here twice now and both times it has been the best experience. She sends multiple pictures and updates every day and they get tons of walks and outside time, as well as all the cuddles! It’s so much peace of mind leaving my dogs somewhere that I know they are very well loved and taken care of. We will definitely being using Stephanie and her family again in the future.

Renee has watched my boy Lincoln before, but this was the first time for her and her family to meet my 7 month old puppy Lucy. Lucy just got spayed nine days ago and I was so grateful when Renee said she'd be willing to watch both my pups overnight. I always knew there was nothing to worry about when she took care of Lincoln and it gives me peace of mind that Lucy feels comfortable as well with her family and they feel the same about my pups!

I could tell Ellie was really well cared for! I once had her boarded at a pet hospital and she came home not feeling well and completely not herself. This time she came home perfectly normal and so happy to see us! I was so grateful for the updates, it felt like she was in a very loving home that was cozy and welcoming! Thank you again!

Mandi and her children were great with my dog Shadow. Shadow loves attention and she certainly got it from Mandi and her family. Her children showered Shadow with love. Mandi sent me photo updates of Shadow. Shadow certainly seemed happy and content. I highly recommend Mandi for your dog boarding needs.

I'm mostly disappointed I don't live closer because Emily and family would be my go-to every single time if I did. They only get 5 stars because I can't go any higher. One of my dogs had a medical emergency while with them (not related at all to their care, just a result of getting older) and they took care of her like she was their own....or even better than many would take care of their own. When Maya was having difficulty walking, Emily literally carried her around and did the whole thing keeping me aware of every update. And her (and the kids') genuine love for my dogs shown through again and again. I've had a variety of good and bad experiences on Rover, but this is the best sitter I have ever worked with. Literally can not recommend them highly enough

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
