About: Animals have always been a big part of my life I’ve always had a soft spot for animals. Growing up, our home was full of pets and creatures of all kinds—cats, dogs, ducks, lizards, frogs, and even owls! To me, they were never “just pets.” They were family and some of my best friends. I’ve always loved spending time with animals, whether that meant playing with them, taking care of them, or simply keeping them company. People used to tell me I should become a veterinarian because of how naturally I connected with animals. I also have a soft spot for animals in need. More than once, much to my parents’ surprise, I came home with a stray cat or dog I had found on the street. I would take them in, care for them, and make sure they were safe and healthy until they could find a new home. I’m currently exploring new career opportunities, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of availability for pet sitting and dog walking. So if you’re looking for someone who will give your pets plenty of attention, patience, affection, and care, I’d love to meet them! Your pets deserve to feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away—and that’s exactly how I would treat them. 🐾

Mandi and her children were great with my dog Shadow. Shadow loves attention and she certainly got it from Mandi and her family. Her children showered Shadow with love. I'm mostly disappointed I don't live closer because Emily and family would be my go-to every single time if I did. They only get 5 stars because I can't go any higher. One of my dogs had a medical emergency while with them (not related at all to their care, just a result of getting older) and they took care of her like she was their own....or even better than many would take care of their own. When Maya was having difficulty walking, Emily literally carried her around and did the whole thing keeping me aware of every update. And her (and the kids') genuine love for my dogs shown through again and again. I've had a variety of good and bad experiences on Rover, but this is the best sitter I have ever worked with. Literally can not recommend them highly enough
