We go out of town last minute sometimes and she has never said no to watching our pup. She is so knowledgeable with dogs and treats them like her own. She also always sends Rocco home smelling fresh and clean and gives us some sort of gift baggy full of treats or small gift. She is truly the best and we love her! She was very mindful about introducing my dogs to hers when I dropped them off and everyone got along great! Her pups and kids are sweet as they come. She sent daily updates and photos. This family is amazing, they take such great care of our dog Nala. She has been to their house several times, and she gets excited to go there when we drive up. They have children who love to throw ball for her. Great family, they love dogs, but just don’t want to own one right now.
Mandi and her children were great with my dog Shadow. Shadow loves attention and she certainly got it from Mandi and her family. Her children showered Shadow with love. I'm mostly disappointed I don't live closer because Emily and family would be my go-to every single time if I did. They only get 5 stars because I can't go any higher. One of my dogs had a medical emergency while with them (not related at all to their care, just a result of getting older) and they took care of her like she was their own....or even better than many would take care of their own. When Maya was having difficulty walking, Emily literally carried her around and did the whole thing keeping me aware of every update. And her (and the kids') genuine love for my dogs shown through again and again. I've had a variety of good and bad experiences on Rover, but this is the best sitter I have ever worked with. Literally can not recommend them highly enough
