We have boarded our dogs here twice now and both times it has been the best experience. She sends multiple pictures and updates every day and they get tons of walks and outside time, as well as all the cuddles! Renee has watched my boy Lincoln before, but this was the first time for her and her family to meet my 7 month old puppy Lucy. Lucy just got spayed nine days ago and I was so grateful when Renee said she'd be willing to watch both my pups overnight. I always knew there was nothing to worry about when she took care of Lincoln and it gives me peace of mind that Lucy feels comfortable as well with her family and they feel the same about my pups!
I could tell Ellie was really well cared for! I once had her boarded at a pet hospital and she came home not feeling well and completely not herself. This time she came home perfectly normal and so happy to see us! I was so grateful for the updates, it felt like she was in a very loving home that was cozy and welcoming! Thank you again!
Mandi and her children were great with my dog Shadow. Shadow loves attention and she certainly got it from Mandi and her family. Her children showered Shadow with love. I'm mostly disappointed I don't live closer because Emily and family would be my go-to every single time if I did. They only get 5 stars because I can't go any higher. One of my dogs had a medical emergency while with them (not related at all to their care, just a result of getting older) and they took care of her like she was their own....or even better than many would take care of their own. When Maya was having difficulty walking, Emily literally carried her around and did the whole thing keeping me aware of every update. And her (and the kids') genuine love for my dogs shown through again and again. I've had a variety of good and bad experiences on Rover, but this is the best sitter I have ever worked with. Literally can not recommend them highly enough
