About: I've had pets of every kind since I was 3 years old. Most of my pets have been dogs, although I've had cats, calves, horses, lambs, pigs and goats at times. I've had to feed, bathe, walk and of course doctor animals all my life. I currently have two English Bulldogs that I love very much. I'm currently retired and so I am flexible with my schedule. I am able to travel within a 10-15 mile radius for care. I have a reliable vehicle. I have a fenced yard and two English Bulldogs. One is female and one is male. I have a dog door that leads outside so that my dogs can go in and out at will.
About: As a passionate and experienced dog lover, I am the perfect choice to take care of your furry companion! I have a deep understanding of canine behavior and needs, I am dedicated to ensuring the well-being and happiness of every pet in my care. I prioritize safety, positive reinforcement and lots of belly rubs. With me, you can have peace of mind knowing that your four-legged friend is in good hands and I will be sure to send lots of photos! I work from home so I have a very flexible schedule. I don't have a regular 9-5 therefore I can check in or walk your pup during the day. I sadly don't have a fenced backyard however I'm happy to stay in your home and take care of your pup there! That way they can feel more comfortable.
“Brittany is a very caring dog walker and very conscience about the specifics of your dogs needs while she is watching them. So glad we were able to find someone to take good care of our pups while we are gone.”

“Autumn has been such a fabulous help for our Cleo. She is very quick to respond and is willing to work with our schedule. Our favorite time is seeing her Dog walk card after each walk and she updates us on how the walk went or if they ran into any issues which we appreciate. Highly recommended!”

About: **My rates vary as they are based on animal breed/size and specific needs. This can be discussed before booking. **Please make sure all vaccines are up to date and grooming or good bath takes place prior to boarding.** I have taken care of animals since I was very young, owned several different kinds of animals and breeds. Over the years I have tended to and cared for many kinds of animals for other people, both at their home and at mine for various lengths of time. My schedule is decently flexible since I'm a stay at home mom. I have 3 young children that would love to "help" me take care of your precious fur babies. :) Non smoking, clean and safe environment. Three small children who love animals and would be thrilled to help care for your pet. Plenty of space to keep your pet comfortable and safe.
About: Hi there! My name is Kelsey and I’m excited to get to know you and your fur babies! I, myself, have two doggies of my own. A sweetheart of a German Shepherd and one high maintenance Cocker Spaniel. They are my not just dogs, but a major part of our family. I fall in love with every dog I meet and my goal is to be your preferred sitter because I want to build a relationship with your pups (and you) so that they feel comfortable during their time with me! Plus then I get to see them regularly. :) I have a lot of experience with dogs. I am a certified pet groomer which I do not practice anymore but I am hoping to one day switch gears and become a professional dog trainer and hope to one day train service dogs. A little background on me——> I am 32 years old and have been obsessed with dogs and animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve been bit by several dogs (mostly due to grooming and training) and yet, I haven’t ever hated a dog. I am a very organized person who loves meeting new people (and pups!). This passion came from growing up on a farm. I have been taking care of many different types of animals since before I can remember. My mother also bred a couple different types of dog breeds growing up. There was never a moment without a dog or some type of animal that I had to look after. Booking with me —-> My promise and guarantee is that you will not be disappointed in choosing me to look after your pet because your pup deserves to be treated like royalty and that’s a goal that I have been able to achieve every time with ease. Can’t wait to meet your best friend!! (No pressure but if interested, ask me about my grooming or house cleaning services.) -Kelsey Pets are like children, therefore part of the family. Because of this, they’re top priority. I make sure they’re fed, sheltered, get love, have fresh water, and as many potty breaks and exercise that they need! Your pets will get lots of love and attention! I also like to try and maintain behaviors so any commands, hand signals, rules… etc., is something I’d like to know in order to keep up the routine(s).

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have extensive experience caring for them in a variety of settings. I previously worked at a dog boarding lodge, where I walked, supervised, and played with dogs of many breeds, sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. This experience taught me how to safely handle and care for dogs with different personalities, including those that may be anxious, reactive, or require extra patience and attention. In addition to my professional experience, I’ve also provided pet care in owners’ homes, ensuring pets stay comfortable in their familiar environment while maintaining their routines. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and strive to provide safe, attentive, and loving care for every pet I meet. I’m currently a part-time student with a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give your furry friends the attention, care, and exercise they deserve. I currently live in a townhouse with plenty of walking areas and a nearby dog park. Whether caring for your dog in my home or yours, I strive to meet their needs while providing a safe, comfortable, and positive experience.
About: I've always loved dogs and taking care of them! From dog walking when I was younger to now having and taking care of our own dog for the last seven years. I'm a stay at home mom, so my schedule is very flexible. I can walk, board, or drop in at anytime to accommodate your schedule. We have a large fenced back yard, and a kennel for your dog so you don't have to bring one. We also have a super friendly dog that loves to play!
“What a joy, for both me and my dogs, to have Sharon helping us out while I am recovering from an accident. My boxers come home happy and tired… just the way I like them ?. I highly recommend Sharon for your pet care needs.”

About: I am a responsible and loyal pet caretaker! I LOVE all animals and have owned or pet sat dogs, cats, and rodents. I walked my neighbors dog growing up and have cared for many animals since. I'm passionate about animal care because not only do they need it, but I also need time with pets! Animals need social and emotional connection, and that is what I give to pets. I am a college student taking the summer off to work, and am looking for opportunities to care for animals! I have a part time job in which I make my own hours, so I'm usually available to care for pets when needed. I am a student and cannot have pets in my own residence, however I am very respectful of others homes and make it a priority to leave spaces better than I found them.
About: Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to walk, play with, feed, bathe, and pet-sit a variety of animals in both their owners’ homes and my own 🐾💛 And honestly, I love every second of it 🥰 I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality, quirks, routines, and favorite ways to be loved 🐶🐱✨ Whether your pet is energetic and playful, shy and independent, or somewhere in between, I love building trust with them and helping them feel safe and comfortable 💕 Animals have always brought so much joy into my life, and even small interactions with them can completely brighten my day 😊🐾 While I’m currently only available for drop-ins and walks (and free snuggles, where applicable) 🐾🚶♀️, I’ll always do my best to work with your pet’s needs and routine 💛 For transparency, I’m unavailable on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 AM–2:00 PM 📅 I also generally don’t schedule walks or drop-ins before 11:00 AM ☀️, though I may be able to make exceptions depending on the situation. If you’re unsure, feel free to send a booking request anyway and we can see what might work 😊✨ Above all, my priority is making sure your pet feels safe, loved, and genuinely cared for 🥰🐶🐱 I truly believe pets are family, and I treat them with the same kindness, patience, and attention I’d want for my own 🤍🐾 I deeply value honesty, communication, and building trust with both pets and their people 🤍 I love keeping owners updated on how their pet is doing through regular messages, photos, and check-ins 📸🐾 and I’ll always ask questions if I’m ever unsure about anything. I also know every pet parent is different — some love frequent updates, while others prefer fewer check-ins while they’re away 😊 I’m happy to adjust to whatever makes you most comfortable! I’ll always keep you informed, but there’s never any pressure to respond unless something needs your attention 💌✨ My goal is for you to feel confident knowing your pet is safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away 🥰🐶🐱

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
