A TYPICAL DAY: 6:30-8:00 a.m. interactive playtime (fetch, tug-of-war, etc. ) 8:00-8:30 a.m. morning feeding and rest 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. open playtime - we work while the dogs play. They come in an out freely while we supervise from our workstation. We group dogs as needed. They are out of the kennel interacting with dogs and people most of the day. In order for your dog to have a great experience, they need to play well with other dogs and be comfortable spending time in a kennel. SAFETY & TRUST: We have been trained in behavior recognition to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests. When we have multiple guests, we group dogs as needed (by age, size, "fixed" or not, temperament, and/or energy level) to optimize the experience for each guest. We feed them in a kennel to ensure food isn't shared and give them quiet time after meals to ensure they have adequate time to digest before playing again. We expect our guests to be up to date with their vaccinations. When a new dog arrives give them time to explore on their own, then we gradually introduce them to other dogs to assess temperament and compatibility. That is the reason we prefer to limit the pickup and dropoff windows so we can devote that critical time. Please see availability for more info on times. ENVIRONMENT: We have a dedicated space both indoors and outdoors for the dogs. Inside we have an air-conditioned apartment dedicated to the dogs. They have a couch, area rug, background music, and their own 4x4, 4x6, or 5x5 kennel. We reserve a corner for a workstation where we work during the day. Outside we have a fenced area for the dogs with turf and toys. We setup a canopy for extra shade on hot sunny days since we don't have natural shade from trees yet. We wet the turf down on hot days to ensure it's comfortable for the dogs as well.

I have taken all the dogs I have own to training and love being with them. I own 2 dogs now. 1 is named Koda and she is a full golden retriever and the other is Lucy, she is a Golden retriever/ Lab mix. They are indoor lovable dogs. I believe that dogs are apart of the family, so in my house they are allowed to be on the furniture to cuddled with! I am a stay at home mom and have 2 dogs. About: I've had pets of every kind since I was 3 years old. Most of my pets have been dogs, although I've had cats, calves, horses, lambs, pigs and goats at times. I've had to feed, bathe, walk and of course doctor animals all my life. I currently have two English Bulldogs that I love very much. I'm currently retired and so I am flexible with my schedule. I am able to travel within a 10-15 mile radius for care. I have a reliable vehicle. I have a fenced yard and two English Bulldogs. One is female and one is male. I have a dog door that leads outside so that my dogs can go in and out at will.

About: I have taken care of my senior golden retriever for 4 years since we rescued him. Friends rely on me to take care of their pets, by feeding, walking, and staying at their house. I also pet sat 5 cats at a time when I was twelve. I am currently a student and have time daily to take care of pets. I only have one or two classes each day, and am completely free on the weekends. I always make sure that the pet is comfortable with me and with the environment before I leave. I always make sure they are fed and exercised. My dogs are prone to run away, so I’m extra aware to check gates and doors to prevent this.

About: We've been a "dog family" as long as we can remember. My husband and I both grew up all types of dogs! We recently had our family dog pass away and although we're not ready to commit to a full time companion, we both love having dogs in our home. Our house is fenced with a doggy door. We love them as if they were our own! Just let us know if you don't want them on furniture or bed, because we love all the cuddles we can get! Dogs are like humans when they're with us. I currently work in the evenings home in the mornings. Free weekends and open to dog walking. I don't do in house stays in my personal home. However I can do drop bys. At home setting & house sitting options I let out the dog first thing in the morning then give them breakfast, possibly an enrichment treat to keep them busy. Leave for work. Come back leave them go potty, give them dinner and play with them for a little. For walks pick up the dog ask if the individual dog gets overwhelmed or reactive, tugs etc anything that would be helpful information. Take the dog on a walk let the owner know the length of time their dog will be gone. Same goes for hikes, I will have treats to reward good behavior.
About: I grew up with dogs and now have a cat. I have several years of dog and cat sitting experience, doing both drop-ins and overnight stays. I would love to take care of your pets! I am a medical student with some in-person requirements but ability to mostly study from home, and an overall flexible schedule! I love cute study buddies! I am available to come to your home to care for your pets. I am happy to offer drop-in visits or overnight care. I have a few hours of required school activities some weekdays, but can spend the rest of the time with your babies!
About: I’ve had a lifelong passion for animals and truly enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality and needs. I have years of hands-on experience owning, training, and caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and energy levels, including seniors and high-energy breeds. From a young age, I began regularly walking, training, and caring for neighbors’ pets after they saw how well-mannered and happy my animals were. I’m attentive, patient, and highly observant of animal behavior, which helps me create a calm, safe environment and respond to each dog appropriately. I’m also experienced in caring for cats and am comfortable managing a variety of temperaments and routines for animals of all kinds. Providing reliable, compassionate care and giving pet parents peace of mind is something I truly value, and I love building trust with both pets and their people and creating a genuine relationship! Every morning I take the pups on a walk or run, and on every day but Tuesdays and Thursdays, I do backyard playtime in the afternoon, then every day in the evenings is indoor playtime. And on the weekends, I love to take my dogs on long hikes, to the dog park, or to go swimming! Please note that I am a student, so there will be times when they will need to be alone and unsupervised, usually kenneled, but I make it a point to expend energy before and after an absence like that so they will want to nap whilst I am away. I am very experienced in interpreting dog behavior/body language and handling stressful situations. I value honesty and transparency, and you can be sure to expect pictures and videos! :) I am willing to feed, walk, water, and brush your animals. Whatever they need, I am up for it!
