Our dog seemed happy at pick up. 😊

Had to leave unexpectedly and fly to Denver, a friend told us about Rover. We contacted Caitee and she replied promptly, was very kind and caring in helping us, She wanted to know about our two little dogs in ways that would help them feel secure and happy.She contacted us the very day we brought them to her home to let us know they were happy and adjusting to the change. We are an elderly couple and our little companions are with us ,so we were not sure how they would react to new environment.We have had poor experiences with boarding, having them come home with Kennel cough and some habits that anxiety was manifest. When we picked them up we saw two happy little dogs, and Caitee had given them cuddling and attention we could see. She took the time to tell us in more detail about their stay.We would give her 5 stars and recomend her easily. Thankyou for your excellent organization and background checks, we really appreciated the security it gave us that we were dealing with good people who cared about those who worked for you and your pet owners.
