Kristen took very good care of my cat Cheese! I got a lot pictures and updates, and it seemed like he had some good space to explore and look outside while he was being watched. I will definitely use Kristen again if Cheese needs boarding in the future! 😸🧀
I would not recommend this sitter for dog boarding. We left our two dogs here and it quickly became clear they lacked the experience to handle them. The boarding conditions were not suitable — it's a small apartment without adequate space for two dogs. The care fell short enough that we ended the stay early; my wife had to pick up our dogs mid-booking and move them to another sitter for the remainder of our trip. For context, our dogs have done very well with other Rover sitters — they're easygoing and thrive in the right environment, so this was clearly an issue with the sitter, not the dogs. As a side note, the husband (who handles the dogs) was rude during pickup and wouldn't help my wife lift the crate. If you have multiple dogs or dogs that need attentive care, I'd look elsewhere.

Kristen was so great with August! He spent the afternoon and he was well taken care of. Plenty of walks and pets, and I loved receiving the updates with photos. I’d highly recommend Kristen :)

A typical day
Dog: I will take your dog on walks around my neighborhood, as well as take your dog to different local dog parks. I will play games with your dog and give them many pets and much love. They will also have the option of playing with my dog Yami if that is okay with you. Cat: I will provide as much love as your cat will allow me too and make sure your cat gets everything they need. I understand cats don’t like change so I have boxes, window beds, and other hiding spots they can stay in if they are scared. I have cats of my own, but I keep my cats separate from any cats I house sit or board since cats take longer to be friends.
