About: I am a responsible and loyal pet caretaker! I LOVE all animals and have owned or pet sat dogs, cats, and rodents. I walked my neighbors dog growing up and have cared for many animals since. I'm passionate about animal care because not only do they need it, but I also need time with pets! Animals need social and emotional connection, and that is what I give to pets. I am a college student taking the summer off to work, and am looking for opportunities to care for animals! I have a part time job in which I make my own hours, so I'm usually available to care for pets when needed. I am a student and cannot have pets in my own residence, however I am very respectful of others homes and make it a priority to leave spaces better than I found them.

About: I love spending time with animals! For years, I've cared for the pets of family, friends, and neighbors, gaining experience with a variety of personalities and routines. From active poodles to quiet cats, I've learned to adapt to each animal's unique needs, whether that means long walks and play-time, sticking closely to meal and medicine schedules, or simply providing calm companionship. Also, I grew up with an English Shorthaired Pointer and have first-hand experience with all aspects of responsible pet ownership. I am a full time graduate student, so I’m most available in the evenings and on weekends. However, I am happy to make an effort to work with your timing to fulfill your pet’s care needs. About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life! I currently have four dogs of my own, so I’m very comfortable with the time, attention, exercise, and love that pets need every day. My mom has also bred dogs my entire life, so I grew up around puppies, dogs of different personalities, and the responsibilities that come with caring for them. I’ve always had a special love for both dogs and cats, and I’ve cared for all kinds of little pets throughout my life, including fish, lizards, and guinea pigs. Growing up in a big family also meant growing up around lots of animals—we have chickens and turkeys too! I genuinely love animals and enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality. My goal is to make your pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away, and to give them the same care and attention I’d want for my own pets. I currently work Monday–Thursday and am off at 5:00 PM each day. I have Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays completely off, which gives me plenty of flexibility for pet care, walks, drop-ins, and longer stays. I’m also a student through BYU-Pathway, but my classes are completely online and I do my schoolwork from my apartment. Because of this, I can work my school schedule around pet care and have the flexibility to give your pets plenty of attention throughout the day when I’m not at work. My schedule allows me to provide the most availability on weekends, while weekday evenings are also a great option. I’m happy to work with you to find a schedule that fits your pet’s needs! I want your pets to feel just as loved and comfortable while you’re away as they do when you’re home! About: We've been a "dog family" as long as we can remember. My husband and I both grew up all types of dogs! We recently had our family dog pass away and although we're not ready to commit to a full time companion, we both love having dogs in our home. Our house is fenced with a doggy door. We love them as if they were our own! Just let us know if you don't want them on furniture or bed, because we love all the cuddles we can get! Dogs are like humans when they're with us. I work full time, in a hybrid setting, with flexibility to work from home or in the office. I love the flexibility this gives me to care for pets. We have a fenced in yard with access to a doggy door. We allow pets to roam, or we can crate as needed! We do have two small kids, so we'd like to know if that will be an issue during their stay.

VERY impressed with Cheri's attention to my cats! She came each day and took care of food/water as well as cat boxes--a lot of work. She was also calming and friendly enough that my usually terrified cats felt comfortable in approaching her. I also VERY MUCH appreciated the photos she sent of them each day which minimized my anxiety over leaving them for a week. My highest compliment is that I came to TRUST her and would DEFINITELY book with her again.
We have one cat who can be spicy around strangers, and another cat with health issues that sometimes make him sensitive, but Lance did a great job respecting their boundaries while also making sure they were well-cared after while we were away. Our boy cat especially seemed to enjoy lap time during the visits. Lance was also very willing to help with other minor tasks, like bringing unexpected packages inside.
I love Mallory so much! She has taken care of Kitty for 2 vacations and each time she has sent pictures of clean litter boxes which is so comforting, pictures of her petting Kitty, playing with Kitty and feeding and giving Kitty treats as well as pictures of water. I get updates of check in and check out times as well. Mallory has my contact information in case of an emergency. There hasn't been any. She is a cat person herself and she is simply lovely. I cannot recommend her enough!
