About: Hi!! I'm Mia, a student living in Portland, Maine. I grew up with dogs and have cared for family and friends' pets for years, so I'm comfortable with different sizes, energy levels, and routines. I have hands-on experience giving dogs insulin injections, so if your pup is diabetic, I can stick to their schedule and keep an eye on how they're doing. I also have a cat with medical issues of my own, so I understand how much patience and attention a pet with health needs takes. I send photo and text updates after every visit, so you'll always know how your pet is doing. About: I have always loved both dogs and cats since I was a kid! I have been around dogs since I was little and I live with a cat now! I would adore taking your furry friend for a walk or checking up on your cat when you are away. I am currently trying to fit dog walking into my schedule in the mornings before my job starts (STARTING IN MAY). I can also check up on your furry friend in the evening. I am also building my online business so days I am not at my other job are more flexible! I am very good at directions and pay attention to details. About: I have grown up with animals and took on an active responsibility for them by age 10. I have experience with dogs, cats, birds and horses even the occasional snake and love them all equally. My dog experience if everything from a Chihuahua to a Great Pyrenees (though if you were to ask me my German Shepard’s always held a special place in me heart). Currently I have a rescue from the shelter and spend a lot of my time with her for training and building her confidence. I currently work and attend graduate school. I am available all day on weekends and after 5pm all week days except for Wednesdays as I will be attending classes. I always strive to meet the needs of the area I have experience with many diets and also enjoy taking my pups and any other pup in my care for long walks or for a good romp in the dog park to burn all their energy.

About: I have experience with senior cats and dogs and am especially fond of picky pets. Gaining a choosy animal’s trust and affection is something I have a natural gift for and is really why I love this job as much as I do. My schedule is currently super flexible and I can likely be available whenever you need. Longer stays or overnight stays are also easy to accommodate! About: I’ve grown up around animals my entire life; cats, dogs, horses, pigs, cows, chickens, etc. During college I lived and took care of my family’s Doberman and would walk/ rollerblade with him. I now live with two cats (Rhuby & Bogey). I work from home and live near Payson Park in Portland. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
