About: Iâm a lifelong pet owner and caregiver with experience across a wide range of animals. Dogs have always been at the heart of my lifeâI currently own a senior dog named Ralphie, and my last four dogs were all adopted as seniors. Iâm very comfortable with walking, feeding, administering medications, and following detailed care routines, especially for older pets. I also grew up in an extremely pet-centric household. At one point, my family cared for five dogs and four cats at the same time, so Iâm very familiar with busy, multi-pet environments and the structure required to keep everyone healthy and happy. Beyond dogs and cats, Iâve helped care for fish (both freshwater and saltwater), reptiles and lizards, rodents, and birds, and I understand that each species has unique needs, routines, and sensitivities. Iâm calm, attentive, and respectful of the fact that pet parents care deeply about how their animals are treated. My goal is simple: provide reliable, thoughtful care so your pets feel safe and comfortableâand you feel confident while youâre away. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily and weekly routine. Iâm currently in between jobs, which gives me open and flexible availability for walks, drop-ins, and consistent care throughout the day. I enjoy building my schedule around petsâ routines rather than squeezing them into limited windows. Because of this flexibility, Iâm able to accommodate morning, midday, evening, and weekend visits, as well as last-minute requests when needed. I value reliability and consistency, and I like knowing I can give pets my full attention without rushing. When caring for pets, I work exclusively in my clientâs home, where pets are most comfortable and routines stay consistent. I follow all instructions closely regarding feeding, walking, medications, and household rules, and Iâm very mindful of maintaining your space exactly as you left it. Safety is my top priority. I make sure doors, gates, leashes, and harnesses are secure, double-check medications and feeding instructions, and remain attentive to any changes in behavior or health. I take a calm, respectful approachâespecially with senior pets or animals who may be anxious or shy. I understand that trust is essential when someone is caring for your pet in your home. I communicate clearly, provide updates as requested, and treat both your pet and your space with care, responsibility, and respect.

She left my apartment very neat and I came back to a happy cat, would absolutely recommend Sera as a cat sitter!!â

âJackiellen is wonderful! I have two senior cats (one with a medical condition needing meds 2x daily) and Jackiellen took great of them! My girls are stubborn and donât take to new people well but Jackiellen got them to warm up to her almost immediately! The updates were wonderful and I cannot say enough good things - I truly appreciate Jackiellenâs great care!â

About: Animal lover with flexible schedule, calm and patient energy. I'm very active so available for long walks or runs! Always attentive to details and specifics for each pet in my care. I'm a full-time creative (painter and graphic designer), so I enjoy setting my own schedule and can easily accommodate to your pet's needs during various times of day. I can work remotely and this allows me to be available more often. I am comfortable learning each pet's needs in their home environments, and adjusting to what makes them feel most comfortable. Happy to come to you so that your pet can experience their typical daily routines.
About: Originally from NH, I am an active, outgoing, responsible dog lover! I have volunteered as a dog walker for a local shelter for 2 years, I dog and house sat with Trusted housesitters for 2 years, I grew up with dogs, and I am the go to dog sitter for friends and coworkers! I have experience with senior special needs pups, and am comfortable with dogs of all sizes. I work full-time in digital marketing so I am WFH with some great flexibility. Currently I am working remotely here in southern Maine; I am available for walks before work, lunchtime walks, and anytime after 4pm! I currently WFH M-F! Can do early walks, lunchtime strolls, afterwork walks as well. Happy to take your pet on weekend adventures if that is their speed as well. I have a car to get to you but I love walking around (with or without a dog)! I will take your lead (pun intended) on how to best care for your pet! I love to play & exercise them but want to respect your training and routines. I will ask for preferences and details of your pets nature and ability before a sit/walk/visit.

Hannah was such a sweet babysitter for our cats. She was on time to do a meet and greet the week before, and let us add on extra days to accommodate our travel. She took lots of pictures of our cats and seemed like she played with them a bit during her visits. I highly recommend her service and will book with her again!

Angela was an amazing sitter for our elderly cat! Angela took care of all of Bearclaw's food/litter/medicine, and then spent quality time keeping her company with snuggles and pets during what was, I'm sure, a challenging week for our baby. Angela really was sensitive to our worries about leaving her and was so patient and supportive. We received insightful notes and fun photos each day, and this helped us feel confident about the well-being of Bearclaw. Thank you so much, Angela! We really appreciate you!
