I have recently moved back to Maine from California. I have had/have pets of all kinds. I currently have 2 dogs, 2 cats, chickens and a snake. I have fostered over 50 dogs in the last 7 years(including 4 pregnant moms and then their litters). I have a lot of experience with puppies and seniors requiring specialized care. My cat of 21 years passed several years ago and she required subcutaneous fluids (and meds)every day for years. My senior dog with Cushings disease and Dilated cardio myopathy recently passed. I have experience with most breeds and sizes (from 4 pounds to 120) I have NO breed restrictions! I have worked extensively with highly reactive/triggered dogs as well as shutdown/extremely shy dogs.

I prefer to stick to your animals routine as much as possible for their comfort and ease...so I always appreciate notes/info about feeding style, energy level, sleeping arrangements. If you think you are over sharing...you are not...give me ALL the notes! If doing drop ins I am always conscious to hide a key properly and bring in mail on doorsteps.

Jesika was wonderful taking care of my two cats Baker and Annie. She played each day with the cats, followed instructions for medication application, and was easy to communicate with. I trusted her care of my cats and would highly recommend.

Schedule
I have a somewhat flexible schedule. Currently for new clients I am only available Friday-Sunday. I prefer late morning to mid afternoon drop ins, but am also available for occasional evenings. I am available most holidays. Please be prepared to do a video "meet and greet", if you require one. My schedule often does not allow for prior in person "meet and greets", especially when booked last minute. If there are injections and/or numerous medications involved in the drop in(s)..please be prepared for the possibility of an additional fee.

- General temperament is good to know. Vet information. Is your pet high or low energy? Animal/people friendly? Ok in the car? Are there any medical concerns or issues? What is your animals ideal day? The more information I get on your pooch/kitty the better I can prepare and cater to your pets particular needs for the best possible visit.
