Jackiellen was phenomenal at communicating, caring for our pup and leaving the house in perfect order! Would look forward to trusting her with Rosie again.

Jackiellen is the ultimate petsitter! Amigo, our 14 year old cat, does not like it when he sees our suitcases come out to be loaded, but he forgives us every time Jackiellen arrives to take care of him. She's the best and he lets us know it as soon as we come home!

Jackiellen watched my dog for the first time and I felt like he was in the best hands possible. She kept me updated throughout the day long visit (lots of texts and pictures) and also stayed longer just to keep an eye on my emotional pup. I felt very safe leaving Boone with her and he looked like he had a great time with walks, cuddles, playtime, and more. Will absolutely be using Jackiellen in the future for doggy play dates!

Jackiellen is clearly a "cat whisperer" who immediately established an affectionate relationship with Amigo, who greatly enjoyed her visits with him while we were away from home. She did a wonderful job of keeping us informed about how he was doing, and we will definitely use her again on our next out-of-town expedition!!

This is the 3rd time I have had Jackiellen watch my two cats. She does a great job. My cats always seem so happy in her care.

We’ve worked with Jackiellen before and she’s been great with our furry guy every time. He can be anxious, and she’s always been patient, calm, and really understanding with him. It gives us a lot of peace of mind knowing he’s with someone who genuinely cares and knows how to make him comfortable in his own space. We’ll definitely keep working with her again!!!
