About: I am a pre-vet college student looking to spend some time taking care of people's furry friends this summer. I have basic animal first aid training, I am pretty well versed in senior care in cats (having had a few of my own), and I LOVE working with/training puppies and young dogs. I'm happy to work with any age, size, energy level, and temperament of animal -- just tell me their favorite treat and we'll get along great :) I'm available for pet sitting, house sitting, and dog walking! My rates are negotiable, especially since I'm new to Rover. Message me if you have questions! I'm home for the summer, so excluding a few one-time conflicts, I'm free and clear! I would be happy to set up a repeating walk schedule. I'm happy to work around any comfort level your pet has with new people. About: I’ve loved animals my entire life and have had three dogs and two cats over the years. I’m currently raising a golden retriever puppy with my family and absolutely love spending time with dogs. Friends have always trusted me to watch their pets while they’re out of town because they know I treat every animal like family. I’m the kind of person who stops people on the street just to ask if I can pet their dog. Caring for animals genuinely makes me happy, and I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for. I’m currently between jobs, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability to give your pets the attention, care, walks, and love they deserve. I care for every pet like my own, always putting their safety, comfort, and happiness first. I stay alert on walks, careful around other dogs, people, traffic, and our surroundings to make sure pets feel safe and secure at all times. I also have a fenced yard for safe play and experience caring for and crate training puppies since I currently have 2 dogs.

About: In the past, I had a Rottweiler German Shepherd mix who was 100lbs. His name was Huckleberry. I loved taking him on walks, grooming/brushing him, and giving him lots of pets. My friends also hired me to take care of their dogs who ranged in different breeds and sizes. I also love taking pictures of all animals. You're sure to get some pretty pictures of your pooch! I am currently working part-time at The Maine Mall and have some free time to help out as much of the Portland dog loving community as possible. Dogs make me happy and feel good about what I do! I make sure your pet(s) are cared for by giving them plenty of water on walks, making sure they are not acting out of the norm (panting heavily/having heat exhaustion). I was working at a veterinary hospital in Chicagoland, so I feel confident at making sure your dog is well taken care of, kept hydrated, fed well, and that all the normal everyday tasks (peeing, pooping, breathing) are being well monitored. I will also send pictures/videos if I suspect something is not right/concerning. I hope to take care of your cute pooch soon!
About: I love animals! I have had my own cat for 12 years, grew up with both cats and dogs, and have dog walked outside of Rover for some time! It is a pleasure to help other pet owner's with their babies while they are away or busy. As a pet owner myself I understand the trust needed when allowing someone time with your pet and always keep that top of mind! About: I've done plenty of pet sitting in my past, but I have a 2 year old energetic, pit mix of my own so I'm versed in strong, big dogs. And love the little shrimps too. I'm a local math teacher on summer break, needless to say, I'm super available. Particularly, the weekdays are good for me during the day, while I contemplate the next big equation I will teach the youth. I love a long walk on the beach (or through town) with your little angel. And am more than happy to play a little fetch or just people watch at the park.
