About: Since age 10, I’ve been walking dogs and loving every minute of it! No matter your dog’s size or breed, I’m here to help! :) I'm currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to play with your pups! My schedule isn’t always the same, but I can stay with your dogs overnight or just walk them during the day! When caring for pets in your home, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’ll follow your routine closely, from feeding and walks to playtime and cuddles, so your pets stay happy and relaxed while you’re away.

About: I grew up with dogs and cats my entire life and it instilled my love for animals. While I don’t have pets of my own (yet) I have many fur-nieces and nephews I care for. I currently also live with my roommates two cats who I care for as my own. More experienced with smaller and medium sized dogs but comfortable with any and all sized pets. I work full-time from M-F usually from 9:30-5:30. I have the flexibility with my job though to take time off in the day, if needed, to run errands or attend to anything important (ie. pet sitting). I don’t have many outside activities that would be difficult to schedule around and typically have most nights and weekends free. I have taken care of pets that have different requests and requirements so I am able to adapt to whatever you may need. I’m comfortable crating pets when/if needed. I’ve dealt with multiple pets at once and taking them out on walks or bathrooms breaks.

About: Worked as a veterinarian assistant at a veterinarian hospital for 2 years prior to starting medical school. Have a yorkie myself who currently resides with my parents. Have experience with both cats and dogs Currently on summer break from medical school therefore my schedule is a lot more flexible right now. Can work around my schedule to take care of your pet Live in an apartment building, good walking spaces around in the area. Apartment is pet friendly if needed to take your pet in. No animals reside in my apartment so your pet will have full attention

About: I am a "retired" (career change) veterinary nurse with over 7 years of professional experience, along with 25 years of personal experience caring for creatures of all shapes and sizes. I am comfortable taking care of your furry family members of any age, or health status. I can easily and happily draw up and administer medications orally, or by injection. I have experience handling cats, dogs, guinea pigs, rabbits, and horses. I have my own special needs elderly kitty, which means I completely understand how important routines are for them. I can comfortably walk your dogs of any size, but any dog over 65lbs must be well behaved on a leash. I will keep you up to date with photos and updates of your fur baby while you're out of town. I am reliable, and easily reachable. I will provide you and your pets with the highest standard of care. I currently work full time Monday through Friday 8-4:30, but I work from home 3 days a week and can provide potty breaks and walks on my lunch breaks on those days, as well as visits before and after work if need be. All pet care will take place in your home, as I do not have the room or pets that are comfortable with others coming into their home. This also limits the amount of stress your loved one goes through during this time.

I work full time but spend mornings, evenings, and days off with dogs. The further in advance I am booked, the more available I can make myself. My girls get 3 walks a day and a couple park visits per week. They require different levels of activity and I cater to both.

About: Hello! I’m Andaria, a part-time psychiatric nurse practitioner and lifelong animal enthusiast. I grew up, surrounded by dogs and horses in the woods of Maine, and while I don’t currently have any pets of my own, I love the opportunity to care for yours here in Portland. I walk to the East End Beach nearly every day-it’s one of my favorite spots – and I’d be delighted to bring your dog along for fresh air, movement, and plenty of sniffing adventures. Whether your pup needs a calm stroll, long beach, walk, or simply some company while you’re away, I’m here to help. Pet care fits easily and naturally into my weekly routine. I work part-time as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, which gives me plenty of flexibility and open hours throughout the day. I already walk to the East End Beach most days, so adding dog walks into my schedule is something I genuinely look forward to. I’d love the opportunity to fill more of my week with caring for animals and getting outside with them As I provide pet care, my priority is on safety, routine, and gentle and attentive companionship. I follow each pet’s usual schedule as closely as possible, including feeding times, walk routines, medications, and preferred play or rest activities. In a client‘s home, I ensure pets feel secure and comfortable by keeping their environment familiar, maintaining their regular habits, giving them plenty of calm and positive attention. I check food and water levels, clean up as needed while monitoring their overall well-being. During walks, I prioritize safe routes, controlled interactions with other dogs, and giving them time to sniff, explore, and enjoy themselves often along the East End Beach, which I walk nearly every day. I care for every pet as if it were my own: with patience, respect, and a steady and attentive presence.

About: We love taking care of dogs! We are the go-to pet sitters for our friends and family, and now that we are up in Portland, would love to be the go-to sitter for your pup! We've cared for a range of dogs, from puppies to senior pups, and all sizes in between. We have a wonderful 5-year old rescue pup named Dill. He is extremely sweet and does well with other dogs at the dog park and obedience classes. We request that all dogs that stay with us for doggy day care or boarding are friendly with other dogs. We do have space to keep pups separated for breaks, if needed. We both currently work full time jobs away from home, Mon - Friday 9-5, so would not be able to care for dogs that can’t be left alone for the workday. During the week, our evenings are typically spent at home and the weekends are usually open! We currently live in a large 1 bed apartment with our rescue dog Dill. Your pup would be the only additional dog that we care for and we would introduce them to our pup at a comfortable pace! We have a partially-enclosed backyard and are near the Western Promenade for adventures.

About: I’ve taken care of everything of a wide variety of animals from goats and hermit crabs to cats and birds! I will give your pet lots of love and attention :) Currently in graduate school! I plan to use this service to help me buy books. I am free on the weekends, morning, middle day, and evenings! I have two indoor cats who get lots and lots of love and attention! When we aren’t snuggled up we are playing with wand toys and little catnip mice. They love looking out the windows at birds and the Portland skyline.
