Then I got discharged before expected and had to cancel her and she was very professional and understanding. Now she’s going to be coming to my house to walk my service dog some weekends which helps me hugely! About: I’ve taken care of dogs at all stages of life. My experience ranges from young pets to senior care. It’s been an honor. I work part-time from home and have a flexible schedule. I live in close proximity to multiple Portland Trails and our home fronts the Fore River and boarders a sanctuary. I have a fenced yard and a friendly Yellow Lab named Uma, who lives for her next play date. She is respectful of senior dogs and puppies too. There’s lots of room to run around and play.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life—from Cavapoos to Corgis to Wheaten Terriors to Doodles, to Boxers! I’ve also had the pleasure of having a Goldendoodle of my own as well! My sweet pup was in an accident and required lots of specific care such as wound care and medication administration for many months. I am a very patient and dedicated pet sitter and will treat your pet like my own. I’ll keep them safe, make sure they get the attention they need, and assure that you get the updates you crave while away from your bestie. I absolutely love animals and I also know how challenging it can be to have peace of mind while maintaining your life responsibilities outside of your furry friends—I hope to have the opportunity to take that stress off of your plate! I’m currently in grad school for Speech Language Pathology (classes are online until January 2027) and work per diem at the hospital. I have two shifts per week serving at a restaurant in Portland as well, they are typically 6-8 hour shifts so if booked for an overnight, there may be a day or two that I am away for that amount of time! Otherwise, my schedule is super flexible and perfect for that mid day potty and play break! Safety is first! You tell me how you like things to go in your home and what makes your pet the most comfortable and I’ll make sure it happens! Let me know if your pet has any anxieties in public and I’ll keep in mind ways to keep them happy and calm on walkies!

About: I have been an animal lover my entire life. Since I can remember, I have always been around animals. In my home, it has always been cats. However, my neighbors and friends have dogs, and gaining that exposure has made me eager to get a dog of my own. I have always cherished moments I get to spend with dogs whether it be a dog I share a strong bond with, or one I am just passing on the street. I want to give you the confidence that your dog will have a lovely time walking with me or hanging out with me and my cat Kermit for a couple days :) my main goal is to make animals happy and enjoy every minute I get to spend with them

About: I’ve been an animal lover for my whole life! I have experience with dogs of many sizes and breeds, cats, cows, and chickens. Walking dogs is one of my favorite things to do. I have worked for a dog walking company for the past 3 years. Also, I have worked on multiple farms where I’ve cared for farm animals and dogs/cats. I will care for your pet as if they were my own! I’m working a remote part-time job which leaves me with plenty of time to walk dogs throughout the day and in the evening. Additionally, I have a very flexible schedule on the weekends. If I am caring for your pet in your home I will make sure to follow whatever schedule you have for them. I will take them out to play often and give them lots of love.

Through these experiences, I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and ages, from playful puppies and energetic younger dogs to senior dogs who need extra patience, gentleness, and care. I work remotely from 9–5 Monday through Friday, so I’m available every evening and on weekends for pet care. Since I work from home, I’m also happy to provide longer daytime stays or overnight care, as long as I’m able to work from your home. My flexible schedule allows me to give pets plenty of attention, companionship, and care throughout the day. I prioritize safety, comfort, and clear communication for every pet in my care. Before a booking, I like to learn about each pet’s routine, personality, dietary needs, medications, exercise preferences, and any potential concerns. I follow the pet parent’s instructions carefully and keep a close eye on pets so I can respond quickly if anything seems unusual. In a client’s home, I treat the space with the same care and respect I would my own. I keep doors, gates, and other escape routes secure, maintain a clean environment, and make sure pets have access to fresh water, food, and a comfortable place to rest. I’m also happy to provide regular updates and photos so pet parents can feel confident while they’re away!
