I chose Alejandro after reading many walker profiles and one review stood out which ultimately helped me make the decision. Alejandro has been very easy to work with, I booked for reoccurring walks for the time I am incapacitated, he has a planned vacation in the middle of my needs. We worked out a schedule that would meet both of our needs. After a few days of being laid up, no one was helping with my pups morning walks. Asked Alejandro if he was available to do mornings and he could! What good luck?! Communication has been great, pup is panting and happy when he gets home, and the rate fits my budget. About: Been watching homes and pets for neighbors and loved ones since I was a kid, have continued to do so for acquaintances and friends of friends and have a developed a small network of folks who count me as dependable, professional, and more than competent. My schedule is currently super flexible and I can likely be available whenever you need. Longer stays or overnight stays are also easy to accommodate! Cannot currently accept any pets at my apartment, but happy to bring the dog to a park, let them out in your yard, go for a walk around the block, or just hang out inside with whichever pets need company!

About: Have grown up with dogs in my house my whole life and have always been a call away for neighbors and loved ones for help! Love pups and excited to meet some new friends! I work as a server so I have a little bit of a weird schedule but leaves my days open during the week so super helpful if you need walking at all during your work day! Available weekends as well mostly in the mornings before my shifts. Taking the dogs out for walks feels like a reward for both of us and love to spend the time outside! I live in a quiet relaxed apartment with a roomate who loves dogs as well, right by eastern prom so big area for walks there. Will be able to be present with the dog in the house full time while they are there with lots of walks throughout the day and lots of love as well!

About: I’ve been an animal lover for my whole life! I have experience with dogs of many sizes and breeds, cats, cows, and chickens. Walking dogs is one of my favorite things to do. I have worked for a dog walking company for the past 3 years. Also, I have worked on multiple farms where I’ve cared for farm animals and dogs/cats. I will care for your pet as if they were my own! I’m working a remote part-time job which leaves me with plenty of time to walk dogs throughout the day and in the evening. Additionally, I have a very flexible schedule on the weekends. If I am caring for your pet in your home I will make sure to follow whatever schedule you have for them. I will take them out to play often and give them lots of love.

About: We love taking care of dogs! We are the go-to pet sitters for our friends and family, and now that we are up in Portland, would love to be the go-to sitter for your pup! We've cared for a range of dogs, from puppies to senior pups, and all sizes in between. We have a wonderful 5-year old rescue pup named Dill. He is extremely sweet and does well with other dogs at the dog park and obedience classes. We request that all dogs that stay with us for doggy day care or boarding are friendly with other dogs. We do have space to keep pups separated for breaks, if needed. We both currently work full time jobs away from home, Mon - Friday 9-5, so would not be able to care for dogs that can’t be left alone for the workday. During the week, our evenings are typically spent at home and the weekends are usually open! We currently live in a large 1 bed apartment with our rescue dog Dill. Your pup would be the only additional dog that we care for and we would introduce them to our pup at a comfortable pace! We have a partially-enclosed backyard and are near the Western Promenade for adventures.

About: I can care for single or multi-pet households. I've dog and cat sat for over 10 years. I started dog and cat sitting for friends and neighbors during college and graduate school. I can provide care to senior cats, and some senior dogs. I've owned animals for my entire life. I currently own two wonderful cats (one adult, one teenager) , and grew up with pets, including a dog, a cat, a hamster, and a guinea pig. I am available all days of the week for drop in visits and walks. I can accept some house-sitting and overnight stays during the week/weekend. I would care for your pet with the utmost love and respect, as well as treat your home with respect. It takes a lot of trust to invite someone in to care for your beloved pets and I would never want to violate that trust. I would follow all instructions and be clear on communication/vet/health/feeding information.
