About: I am a pre-vet college student looking to spend some time taking care of people's furry friends this summer. I have basic animal first aid training, I am pretty well versed in senior care in cats (having had a few of my own), and I LOVE working with/training puppies and young dogs. I'm happy to work with any age, size, energy level, and temperament of animal -- just tell me their favorite treat and we'll get along great :) I'm available for pet sitting, house sitting, and dog walking! My rates are negotiable, especially since I'm new to Rover. Message me if you have questions! I'm home for the summer, so excluding a few one-time conflicts, I'm free and clear! I would be happy to set up a repeating walk schedule. I'm happy to work around any comfort level your pet has with new people. I'd prefer to do a meet and greet before taking them out for the first time, just to make sure that your furry friend is comfortable with me (or has at least met me) before we spend some time together.

About: I’ve taken care of pets my whole life, and especially love taking dogs on walks where they get to lead with their noses. I wish I could get a pet right now but since I can’t, I love helping out other pet owners to get my dog and cat fix! I just moved to Portland and am applying for work in conservation and/or education, so have a very open schedule as I continue my job search. I am usually gone on weekends out in the woods somewhere, but am around the city on weekdays! I cannot host pets in my home, but will happily visit your home and make sure to follow all pet care instructions you leave for me!

About: I have been the go to dog sitter for my friends and family for years. I am experienced with small/medium sized dogs of all ages. I'm very flexible and will do my best to accommodate special requests that are within my skill set. I also like to form long term relationships with pets and their families to ensure consistent care and the best experience for all involved. My dog passed last year and I am desperately missing all the time I spent outside walking and playing with him. About: Animals have always been the center of my world, from growing up with pets to pet-sitting countless dogs and cats across NYC. My two cats, August and Ivy, are the absolute loves of my life - My goal is simple: to provide your beloved pets with the exact same high standard of care, safety, and affection that my own two companions receive at home. I work in the office 3 days a week, but I have an hour for lunch and live only 7 min from my office. If close enough I will be able to check in midday as well as morning and after work. I have a fenced yard, though my cats are indoor only I have taken care of my neighbors dogs and enjoy playing fletch for round after round after round. I am organized and will have notes based on what you need for each drop in, will supply pictures, be there on time and stay the whole time. Having used rover myself I know how integral these things are!

About: I’ve been an animal lover for my whole life! I have experience with dogs of many sizes and breeds, cats, cows, and chickens. Walking dogs is one of my favorite things to do. I have worked for a dog walking company for the past 3 years. Also, I have worked on multiple farms where I’ve cared for farm animals and dogs/cats. I will care for your pet as if they were my own! I’m working a remote part-time job which leaves me with plenty of time to walk dogs throughout the day and in the evening. Additionally, I have a very flexible schedule on the weekends. If I am caring for your pet in your home I will make sure to follow whatever schedule you have for them. I will take them out to play often and give them lots of love.

About: I take myself out for walks anyway, dogs are just amazing company! I'm excited to get your dogs moving outside in a safe way that burns off some energy and allows exploration! I love being outdoors in any weather condition. Being away from home, I dearly miss my own dog, so spending quality time with some of the best creatures in the world is an amazing added bonus. I’m available weekdays before 11:30, and any time on weekends! I work in the afternoons, so my availability is before 11:30 and after 6 pm on weekdays. I’m happy to be flexible to suit your changing needs, especially if something comes up last minute that you need support with! I know it’s an act of extreme trust to have another person interact with your fur babies and I take that responsibility extremely seriously!! Whether in your home, my home, or just walking around the neighborhood, I promise to pay attention to, care for, and love your pets like they are my own!

About: -Comfortable with dogs of all ages & sizes -Experience with administering oral medication -All weather walker to get your dog some exercise! - 15+ years of experience caring for animals in their homes I’ve grown up with cats & dogs my entire life and promise to treat your pet(s) with the same love and respect they deserve! I have been on Rover for a few years now in Illinois and moved to Maine in January 2025. I've enjoyed meeting and caring for the pets of Maine! I have also worked for family friends and neighbors since I was a teenager. I look forward to speaking with you about your dog caregiving needs - whether that be a walk, house & pet sitting, or just a drop in visit! Let me know if you have any extra concerns or questions! I have a hybrid work schedule, working from home 2-3 days a week and in office Tuesdays and Wednesdays, late morning until about 8pm. As long as I’m within a reasonable distance from the office I can easily accommodate quick drop-ins for potty breaks. I only care for pets in their homes. I will request a meet & greet in advance to get to know your pet(s), yourself, and the space.
