Making sure my animals are safe and secure is a priority. Obviously basic needs will be met, but I mainly want to make sure they’re mentally happy and comfortable while you’re away - this means no yelling or scolding, respecting their space and boundaries concerning touch, toys, and food, and keeping them entertained and exercised to burn off nervous energy.

I like to know all about a pets personality, temperament, and favorite things and activities. Every animal is different, and my first priority is letting them know they can trust me. I’d also like to know their routines so that I can make sure things run as smoothly as possible for both of us - I try to keep the changes to their routine to a minimum to reduce stress, and stick to a schedule so they learn to expect me.
A typical day
I love combining mental and physical exercises for my pets - If I have errands that are dog friendly, I love to bring them along. I love treat puzzles, sniff walks, frozen treats, and exploring! I also love doggy massages; my dog and I like to watch a show and brush out all her curls for some quality time. For my cat, she loves scavenger hunts where I hide treats for her to find, lick mats, chin scratches, and boxes!

I’ve never lived without pets, and never hope to! I was raised with labs and rotties, and currently own a calico kitty and a bouvi-poo. Over the years, I’ve pet sit for dogs, cats, birds, horses, hamsters, and bunnies.

Sera was amazing!! She watched my cat for three weeks while I was on vacation, she was very thoughtful and attentive and my cat loved her! She always sent lots of cute pictures and updates for each visit, which I really appreciated. My cat has asthma and needs an inhaler and Sera was very open to and did a great job learning how to give the inhaler! She left my apartment very neat and I came back to a happy cat, would absolutely recommend Sera as a cat sitter!!
Sera is an absolutely wonderful caretaker! Her updates and photos make you feel so at ease leaving your babies knowing that they are in loving hands. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
Sera was more than we could ask for! I was apprehensive leaving our cat for two weeks, but right away Sera made us feel very secure and made sure our cat felt very loved. The daily updates and photos were perfect and we could tell our cat loved her so much we started to feel jealous 😂😂😂 Highly highly recommend!! Surely our Rusie can’t wait for us to take another vacation!
