About: I’ve taken care of pets my whole life, and especially love taking dogs on walks where they get to lead with their noses. I wish I could get a pet right now but since I can’t, I love helping out other pet owners to get my dog and cat fix! I just moved to Portland and am applying for work in conservation and/or education, so have a very open schedule as I continue my job search. I am usually gone on weekends out in the woods somewhere, but am around the city on weekdays! I cannot host pets in my home, but will happily visit your home and make sure to follow all pet care instructions you leave for me!

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life and have always considered pets part of the family. I grew up with dogs and currently spend lots of time with our family’s high-energy Blue Heeler mix, who keeps me active and reminds me how much enrichment, exercise, and attention dogs need to thrive. About: We are an experienced foster family with many years of experience. Claudia is an animal welfare professional who has been working in animal shelters for many years. Jason (Ilan) is permanently work from home, so there is always someone home with your baby! We have had 13 foster dogs ranging from small puppies to super seniors. We are a positive reinforcement family with experience in reactivity, separation anxiety, stranger danger, resource guarding, and arousal/high energy behaviors! We are able to provide medical care including medications, injections, and breathing treatments! Our home is empty without our own doggies, we so are so excited to give yours all the love! While Claudia works full time out of the house, Jason (Ilan) works from home full time! Your baby will rarely be home alone, if at all! We can easily crate your dog if you would like and have cameras with motion detection in each room so we can ensure your pup is safe. We provide daily updates on your dog so you can know they are doing well. We are experienced handlers who are fear free certified. We are prepared for anything that might happen!
About: I have always loved both dogs and cats since I was a kid! I have been around dogs since I was little and I live with a cat now! I would adore taking your furry friend for a walk or checking up on your cat when you are away. I am currently trying to fit dog walking into my schedule in the mornings before my job starts (STARTING IN MAY). I can also check up on your furry friend in the evening. I am also building my online business so days I am not at my other job are more flexible! I am very good at directions and pay attention to details. About: I have grown up with animals and took on an active responsibility for them by age 10. I have experience with dogs, cats, birds and horses even the occasional snake and love them all equally. My dog experience if everything from a Chihuahua to a Great Pyrenees (though if you were to ask me my German Shepard’s always held a special place in me heart). Currently I have a rescue from the shelter and spend a lot of my time with her for training and building her confidence. I currently work and attend graduate school. Julia was incredibly accommodating to our ever evolving schedule. Our dog Bernie took to her right away and happily walked off for a walk with her. She watched him for us for several hours and gave him an incredible walk and play session. He came home and crashed out for the rest of the day. She sent some sweet pics and was very easy to communicate and quick to respond. I would definitely hire her again and again!!!
We are so grateful to have Anna as our friend of Nahla while we travel occasionally. She faces Nahla's occasional old lady grumpiness with treats in hand and wins Nahla over in a minute. I especially appreciate Anna's use of the Rover card so I know exactly when Nala is out and about and whether or not she peed and pooed and what she ate and when she's back home. To have such thorough communication while we are far away is a great comfort.
Lindsey was professional and clearly a dog person! Our pups had a great time playing with her. She sent pictures and updates so we were never wondering how they were doing.
