About: My pet care experience began when I was a child. Grew up having dogs and other pets in the house. It was the norm for me. That is until college came about and then moved to a large city. Having a pet wasn't viable during those years. This pattern broke when I found myself being asked to house sit for friends that I was also being asked to hang out with their pets while they were gone. I soon began to be a go to person for a few close friends to babysit their pets and plants. The skills that I have with pets are being able to understand them with body language. Hence the nick name dog whisperer. I am currently working part time and have Wednesdays and Thursdays, including the weekend available. Any time of the day of those specifically are perfectly feasible to accommodate care from me. I follow the diet guidelines given to me and don't alter from it. Outside of that, I make sure they are treated with love and attention throughout my time with them. Walks, play time, relax time...it all has a moment through within the day.

About: I have always loved both dogs and cats since I was a kid! I have been around dogs since I was little and I live with a cat now! I would adore taking your furry friend for a walk or checking up on your cat when you are away. I am currently trying to fit dog walking into my schedule in the mornings before my job starts (STARTING IN MAY). I can also check up on your furry friend in the evening. I am also building my online business so days I am not at my other job are more flexible! I am very good at directions and pay attention to details. I will follow the directions left by the owners when doing a check in! I listen to the pet, and if they are not so sure of me, I let them come to me (especially with cats!) And of course there will be lots of pets!

About: i have taken care of a lab and a sweet tortie cat throughout my life! i have also walked/fed/sat for several pets in the past for neighbors, including single dogs and cats, and multiple cats. I am recently graduated from college and am looking to fill my free time! I currently am working a day-shift job (9:30-6) and am willing to care for animals both before and after those hours. i make sure that the pet feels comfortable (or like it can tolerate) my presence before most activities! a lot of how i care for my animals are very schedule based, usually they even tell me in their own ways when they are ready/want to walk or be fed!

“I swear Emmy was Misty's mom in her past life - that is how much she loves her and is comfortable around her- which as an owner, is the best feeling. Emmy has watched Misty for 3 long trips (7+days) and a few other nights and we are always at ease during our time away because of her. She sends pictures, gives us updates if we ask, is comfortable taking her both on and off leash, has given her medications when required, and has had play dates with other friends & dogs, too. Our dog is so comfortable with her that she's always snuggled up to her and even perks up when we say Emmy is coming. Emmy is always our go-to when she is available !”

With my flexible schedule I can ensure your dog or cat stays on their normal routine and can work directly with you to get that! About: I have had and lived with dogs for at least ten years. I feel that I have encountered most situations that a dog may get into. I am currently working full time during the week. I like to go for walks and find it more enjoyable with canine company. Dogs and I typically mutually like one another. I am kind and give attention to dogs. Generally I don't give them lots of treats and try to keep a regular schedule for them.

While some sitters provide the basics, I give your pet the care, attention, and love they’d get from family. You’ll get daily updates, lots of photos, and care that’s as close to home as possible. Whether it’s trail walks, fetch marathons, snuggles in bed, or sticking to every detail of their routine, I treat your pet like my own. Housesitting Your home and pets are in safe, respectful hands. I’ll follow your instructions closely and leave your home cleaner than I found it. Boarding Boarding is my preferred option, and I offer it at a lower rate. My apartment is a sunny, open-concept space on the first floor where dogs have access to the entire home. There is plenty of room to lounge on the couch or bask in the sun. My building also includes a private park, perfect for playtime right outside the door. I usually only accept one dog at a time, meaning your dog will have my complete focus! Come tour during the meet & greet! Boarding requirements: Please only select boarding if your pet is potty trained, nondestructive, and nonreactive. I have a cat at home, so I ask that any boarding dogs are calm and experienced around cats. I cannot accept dogs that continuously bark, as I have neighbors who expect minimal noise. Extras If your dog enjoys car rides, let me know. I’d love to take them to the park or on a hike! I am a full time social worker, so I work Sun-Thurs from 10-6pm most days seeing clients, but sometimes start later or get out earlier depending on client scheduling. Generally, your pet needs to be comfortable being left for a work day. A pet that can be left for 5-8 hours is ideal. If they need, I can sometimes offer a midday check in during my lunch break. After work, I will be rushing home to take them on a long walk and cuddle up on the couch. I will follow all your routines, ensuring the pet has consistent and predictable care. I also love sending you photos and anecdotes about their day. I want you to rest assured that I will learn the ins and outs of your pet and their care and step up to the plate!

About: I’ve always loved dogs and caring for pets since I was younger. I am at college right now, missing my dog so your pup will be very well loved :) I am a college student with 2-3 classes every day Monday-Friday. Other than during classes I am happy to host your dog in my dorm! I love to cuddle with pups in my bed and take them on walks to sniff around campus! While my room is just the size of a bedroom, it has AC, big windows, and I am happy to take your dog outside as much as needed! I am confident in my ability to read and understand dog’s body language while encountering other people/pets. I have experience dog sitting for family friends as well as caring for pets after they have been injured and experience breaking up dog fights (family friend used to foster).
