About: I have been a loving dog owner since I was born and the type of person you will always find petting various animals. I have been pet sitting and dog walking since I was nearly 10 years old and love every minute of it! I currently work three long days a week at the hospital, which are different each week, which, for the most part means I’m only available for your animals on my days off. Special exceptions may be worked out during overnight stays where I have time before and after work. On the plus side, my days off are very flexible! As per your preferences and the animal’s specificities, I would make sure to keep up their daily routines as well as keep them fed, watered, clean, and happy!

About: I have a dog of my own and have been dog sitting for friends for years. I’m not afraid to give meds and clean up messes. More than happy to help :) Unfortunately , I’m currently working part time Door Dashing and as a traveling hairstylist and need to make more money. I’ve definitely got time to help :) My dog gets a daily allergy pill in the morning before his 10min walk. I clean his ears once a week … unfortunately, he’s prone to ear infections so I have to keep a close eye on them.

About: I have always loved both dogs and cats since I was a kid! I have been around dogs since I was little and I live with a cat now! I would adore taking your furry friend for a walk or checking up on your cat when you are away. I am currently trying to fit dog walking into my schedule in the mornings before my job starts (STARTING IN MAY). I can also check up on your furry friend in the evening. I am also building my online business so days I am not at my other job are more flexible! I am very good at directions and pay attention to details. I will follow the directions left by the owners when doing a check in! I listen to the pet, and if they are not so sure of me, I let them come to me (especially with cats!) And of course there will be lots of pets!

Nishat truly went above and beyond for our 12 week old puppy and not only took great care of him but also took great care of our house while we were away for a week. Our puppy had to take different medications and had many needs that we were nervous about but Nishat put our minds to ease and met all his needs and I was amazed at her knowledge, care and treatment of our puppy and our place like they were her own. She sent us updates every day to let us know how he was doing and it was so clear to us that he was in good hands, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our time away. She was so responsive and present and it was by far our best experience on Rover. I really can’t recommend Nishat enough for anyone looking for a sitter. We would not hesitate to hire her again. About: I grew up dogs from the time I was little- labs, retrievers, shepherds- and had a special needs rescue dog with my partner for many years who lived to be fifteen. When she passed, my partner and I started boarding and house sitting regularly and have built up a pretty cute little pack. I am comfortable giving oral medication and upholding your dog’s schedule, house rules, and love to take field trips whenever possible. My favorite is when a dog can come with me everywhere, so smaller senior pups have become my specialty, but I can’t help but love all the dogs who come along. As a videographer and Maine youth basketball coach I have a lot of flexibility in my work schedule and spend a lot of time working from home editing videos. I’m fairly active, always happy to take breaks from work to walk around the neighborhood or find a pet-friendly beach to run around on. I’m in an apartment very close to Deering Oaks Park and the Western Prom. The apartment is a compact second story walk up and has been carefully maintained to keep it safe for curious noses.

Destiny was incredibly knowledgeable, capable, and thoughtful watching my dog. I'd never left my dog with anyone before, so I wasn't sure exactly how it would go, but Destiny did a great job following all of our routines, keeping my dog enriched, and sent really through updates every day. Kari was amazing watching our puppy. She sent photos and detailed updates, and took care of our puppy exactly as instructed (maybe even better!). She was respectful of our home and left it the same as when she arrived. Would absolutely have Kari stay at our house to dog sit again.
Sami did a great job of communicating with us while watching Jack and Penny. The house and the dogs were all in great shape when we returned. There was a mishap with a tent because of strong winds from a storm and Sami checked with us to see if we needed them to do anything to take care of the situation. We really appreciated that. The dogs were tired and happy when we got home which is always a great sign of a sitter taking the time to exercise them. We were very pleased with our visit and the ability to get away without worry. Sami even stripped the sheets from the bed!!
Emmy (and Banjo) took great care of Jameson. It is clear how much she cares about dogs and strives to follow their normal routine as closely as possible. Jameson was a tired boy when we got home and our house was also well cared for. She sent lots of photo updates which we love. We will certainly hire again!!
Andy stepped in at the last minute to help us when we had to take an unexpected trip. Other than our brief meet and greet, he had no knowledge of our pets. Andy had to deal with an energetic large dog with tummy issues and two cats who hate the dog, and yet he never complained once. He fed them, scooped litter boxes, administered some medications, played with the kitties, and made sure our dog got out for regular potty breaks/walks. He also sent pictures each day. We very much appreciated his efforts!
Emily is an awesome sitter! She was very communicative and met all the needs of our fur kid. This included giving medicines and eye drops as he is an elder dog. She kept the house clean and tidy while we were away. We could not have asked for a better sitter and highly recommend her services! Thanks Emily!!
Lindsay house sat for my dog, Clover, for almost a week. Lindsay is organized, responsible, smart, conscientious, kind, responsive, proactive, and lovely!
