“I cannot recommend Ryan highly enough! Leaving my high-needs, anxious dog for a work trip is always a source of stress, but Ryan completely put my mind at ease. From our initial meet-and-greet, it was clear that Ryan is not only a true animal lover but also incredibly knowledgeable and patient. My dog requires a lot of extra attention and can be quite nervous with new people, but Ryan handled him with such a calm and confident demeanor. I received regular updates, including photos that showed my dog was not just being cared for, but was comfortable in Ryan's hands. This consistent communication was invaluable and allowed me to focus on my work knowing Oliver was okay. Ryan went above and beyond to alleviate his anxiety and let him have the space he need to feel comfortable. I returned home to a happy, relaxed dog, which is the best indicator of the excellent care he received. In addition, the house was spotless which is always nice to return home too.
