1. Joshua K.
“Joshua is great. He and his wife were able to accommodate my 9 week old puppy last minute to watch him in their home during the week. They sent pictures and kept me updated! Will for sure use him again and will recommend for anyone needing someone to watch their pup.”
2. David G.
“We used David when traveling to Portland so we could spend the days doing activities that wouldn't allow dogs. We have only used a sitter once in the past so I was a bit nervous, but had nothing to worry about. David's home was super easy to get to from downtown and he kept us updated with photos throughout the day and very responsive. This was my first time using rover and I love the "Report card" at the end of the day regarding potty breaks and walk details. I wouldn't hesitate to leave our pup with David in the future should we ever return to Portland!”
3. Rachel P.
“Rachel is so accommodating and a great communicator! Took wonderful care of my bulldog”

“Sarah was very responsive even when I booked the night ahead! This was my first time booking through rover and Sarah would definitely be my first choice again! She gave me updates often throughout the evening and told me how our Pika was doing. Thank you Sarah!”
10. Amybeth H.
“AmyBeth is great! Very responsive leading up to our dates and then during! She loves your pup just like it is hers! She is very flexible on times and allowed us to switch days because of the weather. Very convenient to OOB and took Scarlet on long walks and played with her. This is our first time meeting AmyBeth and we couldn’t have been happier. We had zero concerns and Scarlet had lots of fun!”
11. Alma D.
“We had a wonderful experience leaving our dog Willow with Alma! She was very communicative before and during the booking which always makes the Rover process feel easier and more reassuring. Alma’s dog, Birdy, is super sweet as well. Willow seemed comfortable right away and according to Alma settled in more as the day went on. Great yard, deck for doggie lounging and overall set up from the house (super easy to see the yard from most parts of the downstairs). We will definitely book again. Highly recommend!”
12. Nicole S.
“Sent updates all day and was very responsive! Super happy with our day care experience with Nicole, and would recommend her to everyone!”
13. Sarah S.
“Our pup had a great time with Sarah. Sarah communicated well and was flexiable with us when we finished our day early and asked to grab sequoia early. We defined recommend Sarah and will reach out for our future trips to the Portland area!”
14. Rose F.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all ages and sizes since I was a teenager. I love getting outside with them and know that a well walked and properly stimulated dog is also a happy and well behaved dog. I also love taking pictures of them so you can be sure to receive regular updates on your pal. Depending on your dogs diet, I love to get creative with things like meal toppers and stimulating treats (shaved carrots, peanut butter, unsalted bone broth etc.)! I work from home so pet sitting allows me to have a buddy for my walks and be attentive to the dog in my care :) For boarding, your dog will have a designated open area for their bed/crate where they can hang. Pets are welcome on furniture, but I’m happy to abide by whatever rules you have at home for consistency.
15. Janet B.
“Teddy had a blast at Janet's! Janet has a large fenced-in back yard, which was great for Teddy, as we were visiting from out of state and Teddy doesn't get to run freely staying at a hotel. Janet was so kind to wipe Teddy down after getting a bit muddy in the backyard. Ollie is very sweet and got along great with Teddy. We'd love for Teddy to get some playtime with Ollie again in the near future!! Thank you Janet!”
16. Gigi L.
“I have had Gigi watch my golden Lucy on multiple occasions… Gigi is my first choice for watching my little girl because I know she is in good hands! I have piece of mind knowing that Gigi takes such good care of Lucy! I trust her and her judgment, i know that she gives Lucy the attention she needs plenty of walks and fetch Lucy is always in a great mood when I pick her up. I highly recommend Gigi and will be using her for any of my dog sitting needs.”
17. Alexa P.
“Alexa is a phenomenal pet owner. I always have her watch my dog when I go out of town on business and she does an amazing job every single time, even watching my dog for days at a time if needed.”
18. Jesse R.
“Jesse takes his job of caring for dogs very seriously. I trusted Jesse to take care of my dog for a week while I was traveling. There’s not many people I fully trust with my fur-baby! Jesse loves dogs and you can see the joy is his eyes when he watches them play. He’s patient, but firm when necessary and strong enough to handle Big dogs.”
19. Seth M.
“Seth and his family are truly so wonderful. He was a huge help to us out-of-towners who needed a place for our pup to hang out. Rudy has some separation anxiety and Seth was absolutely wonderful with him. He sent photos throughout the day and put our mind at ease. Would absolutely 100% recommend trusting him with your dog!!”
