About: I have always loved both dogs and cats since I was a kid! I have been around dogs since I was little and I live with a cat now! I would adore taking your furry friend for a walk or checking up on your cat when you are away. I am currently trying to fit dog walking into my schedule in the mornings before my job starts (STARTING IN MAY). I can also check up on your furry friend in the evening. I am also building my online business so days I am not at my other job are more flexible! I am very good at directions and pay attention to details. I will follow the directions left by the owners when doing a check in! I listen to the pet, and if they are not so sure of me, I let them come to me (especially with cats!) And of course there will be lots of pets!

About: Hi!! I'm Mia, a student living in Portland, Maine. I grew up with dogs and have cared for family and friends' pets for years, so I'm comfortable with different sizes, energy levels, and routines. I have hands-on experience giving dogs insulin injections, so if your pup is diabetic, I can stick to their schedule and keep an eye on how they're doing. I also have a cat with medical issues of my own, so I understand how much patience and attention a pet with health needs takes. I send photo and text updates after every visit, so you'll always know how your pet is doing. With my current schedule I prefer drop-ins and walks, but I'm open to boarding, house sitting, or anything else you need. • Mon/Wed/Fri: afternoons and evenings (after about 1 PM) • Tue/Thu: lunchtime walks and drop-ins • Sat/Sun: wide open for walks, drop-ins, and overnights But can be flexible Walks and drop-ins (in your home) • I'll go over your pet's routine, feeding, meds, and emergency contacts at a meet-and-greet before the first visit. • Dogs stay leashed on walks, and I use your preferred collar, harness, and route. I don't let them off-leash or approach unfamiliar dogs unless you've okayed it. • I carry waste bags and water, and I'm careful about ice, heat, and busy roads, especially in Portland's winters. • I lock up when I leave, and I never share your address or key details. • I send a photo and text after every visit, and I'll tell you right away if something seems off. • I follow your vet's feeding and medication instructions exactly, and I log doses and times for pets on insulin or other meds.

About: I’ve grown up with as many pets as you can imagine (cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, fish, frogs, hermit crabs, etc). I have an immense love for all animals and have been lucky enough to recently adopt a sweet and cuddly puppy with my boyfriend Jack. If you’re looking for a weekend sitter or some more physical exercise for your furry friend on the weekends, I’m your gal :) I do not have a fenced in yard but the townhouse style apartment I live in has a private entrance making potty breaks a breeze as well as a dog park located right in the complex! It is usually empty so if you’re okay with it, our pups could go run and play together! In a client’s home, I treat the space with the same care and respect I would my own. I keep doors, gates, and other escape routes secure, maintain a clean environment, and make sure pets have access to fresh water, food, and a comfortable place to rest. I’m also happy to provide regular updates and photos so pet parents can feel confident while they’re away!

The seed was planted early and has only grown into a passion, training and caring for pets. I am currently available for providing in home pet care. I have a very flexible schedule. Available for staying over so your pet(s) can be comfortable in their own home and drop in visits/walks. I am a massage therapist and I don't work long hours so it allows for flexibility. About: I had had cats for as long as I can remember, I have also had Guinea pigs and 45 chickens at one point in time I am currently a full time student at central Maine community college so my schedule carries, but I am always available after 2pm. I have modays and Fridays free and I am available most of the day on Wednesday I have 2 cats currently and my girlfriend has 2 dogs. I make sure that all of the animals in my life get plenty of play time and attention.

About: I grew up with a giant chocolate lab & a beagle as my childhood dogs & I LOVED them, family of mine had a smalller mini pincher so I also know how smaller dogs can be compared to large dogs. While iI am at university I do have 3 dogs at home 2 rescues & 1 black lab they are my girls! I am a full time student at the local university but i am looking to fit in time with animals not only to enhance my knowledge of their behaviors & just general knowledge it’d also an easy way for me to learn the area & make money! I have administered shot & pill medications to both cats & dogs in the past, love to be active but also chill around & snuggle & LOOOOVE to make healthy bowls/snacks for animals!
