About: Ever since I came to college I’ve been helping take care of my brother’s dog who has anxiety. This has taught me to be receptive to each pets situation and approach them with care. I’m currently on summer break from my college in Chicago. I’m staying at my parents house so I can be very flexible with hours and build around your schedule! I have flexibility with working remotely if needed, however I do prefer to work at my office. I’m an early riser and can do early walks or afternoon/evening walks! I’m unable to care for dogs at my current residence unfortunately but I’m very trustworthy and respectful of other people’s homes! As a previous dog owner, I know the importance of routine and familiarity and have found that dogs are much more comfortable staying in their environment when their human(s) are away than they are staying in a new place. I strive to help them maintain that routine and comfort!

About: I am my dog’s and my cat’s sister and love them as my family. I make sure that they each know that they are loved, and I take care of their daily needs. I will do the same for your furry family members! I’m available many afternoons during the week and all day on weekends for drop-in visits, walks, and playtime. About: My pet care experience began when I was a child. Grew up having dogs and other pets in the house. It was the norm for me. That is until college came about and then moved to a large city. Having a pet wasn't viable during those years. This pattern broke when I found myself being asked to house sit for friends that I was also being asked to hang out with their pets while they were gone. I soon began to be a go to person for a few close friends to babysit their pets and plants. The skills that I have with pets are being able to understand them with body language. Hence the nick name dog whisperer. I am currently working part time and have Wednesdays and Thursdays, including the weekend available. Any time of the day of those specifically are perfectly feasible to accommodate care from me. I follow the diet guidelines given to me and don't alter from it. Outside of that, I make sure they are treated with love and attention throughout my time with them. Walks, play time, relax time...it all has a moment through within the day.

“I definitely recommend Catey, particularly if your quadrupedal babes tend toward anxiety or need confident medication administration. This is the first sitter I've ever hired who wasn't already familiar with my cats and our home. I was nervous because of my boys needs medicated eye drops every 12 hours, which isn't his favorite thing by far, and he also generally takes a while to get comfortable with new people. Catey's super calm and solid demeanor was evident from the get-go, and this helped my boy a lot. Meds went off without a problem. Everything that needed doing for both cats was done, and my boys were chill as can be when I returned home. Catey was also super communicative and seemed like a solid, kind person in general. I couldn't ask for more from a sitter!”
