About: Hi, I’m Abby! I’m a remote worker based in Saco, Maine. I have a very sweet lab/boxer mix Tilly who gets along well with other dogs. I grew up caring for multiple dogs, cats and rabbits and have also pet-sat for family, friends and roommates quite a bit. I feel confident with all breeds, ages, and personalities. I’m home almost all day and have a very flexible schedule. I offer walks and drop-ins in the Saco area, but I’m happy to travel farther for house sitting. Just message me if you have any questions - I’d love to meet your fur babies! I work remotely as a freelance designer so my schedule is very flexible. I’m available throughout the day for drop-ins and walks and can do overnights with enough notice. I am very respectful of how others prefer to care for their pets and their homes. About: I’ve grown up with pets my whole life, so that’s 25 years of loving animals, but just 11 years as the sole caregiver of my own. From Labradors to Chihuahuas, to Police K-9s, I’ve loved them all, though I’m currently a cat lady. For the first time in my life, I don’t have any dogs at the moment, as I don’t feel like I have enough space for it to be fair to them. So this is how I get my dog fix, and my steps in at the same time 🤭. I currently have 2 cats and 1 hedgehog, I’m a sucker for an exotic pet. I’ve also had 4 snakes in the past (my husband is terrified or else I’d have some right now). One of my cats is leash trained, and one has some medical needs, so I’m familiar with oral medication administration as well. I do work full-time during the week, so I am only available after 5pm. Sometimes I’m able to step away for breaks as I work from home 3 days per week, but my work is pretty irregular, so afternoons and evenings are the best bet for my availability. I live in a relatively small condo, so I don’t have much space. As much as I would love to offer boarding, I don’t think it would be fair to your pet, as I also do not have a yard. BUT I’m more than happy to stop by your home and fulfill any requests!

I am currently working part-time and taking college classes twice a week. I am available mornings including early mornings, nights, and have options for mid-day stop-ins! I have a fenced-in back yard and an open front yard. I live in a quiet neighborhood perfect for walks, and have crates accessible if needed.
