I am currently working full time at the boarding kennel I work at, however, I am still able to do drop-in visits, house sitting, or walks as long as you are flexible! Jennifer did great with Milah, even though Milah was very nervous, so nervous milah didn't want to go outside to pee. Jennifer got her to eat her dinner and stayed with her using treats to get Milah outside. Glad we found someone that stuck with it even though our pup was not being a team player.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
