I am so thankful to have found Gwen. They’re so good with my St Bernard, who can be an absolute handful. They are friendly, responsible, and expertly communicative. It was so hard leaving my dog for the first time with an overnight sitter and Gwen made it much easier. Thank you so much!!!

After meeting with Gwen we felt they were a good fit, and we scheduled nightly check ins/ feedings for our cats for the 10 days we would be visiting family. Gwen has such a pleasant demeanor and always talks to our cats just like we would! We made it clear that our priority is the cats getting love and attention and they consistently played with and loved on our cats. They are great at following instructions and not only made sure our cats were loved and fed but also took care of our many plants, and even tackled the weekly deep clean of our giant litter box! Our cats always seem happy to see Gwen and we got detailed updates and excellent communication throughout our trip. When we had to extend our trip for a couple days, they went above and beyond and accommodated to be able to continue the check-ins for those days. Gwen is a friendly, responsible, attentive person and is a fabulous sitter! We highly recommend their services!

Gwen started as our nanny and we now trust them with our human and fur babies. Gwen is extremely authentic, loving and caring. Our dogs are beside themselves excited when Gwen comes over and we know they'll be well cared for and get tons of snuggles. Even our cat seems to like Gwen, and she doesn't like many people. Gwen has become part of our family, and makes it so much easier to leave our pets behind when we go out of town

Gwen is reliable and thoughtful with animals—they follow instructions closely, keep routines consistent, and communicate clearly so you always know how things are going. They’re calm, attentive, and safety-minded (secure leashes/doors, careful introductions, and close monitoring), and genuinely enjoy spending time with pets and making them feel comfortable. Gwen has cared for my pets, and I’ve always felt confident leaving them in their care because they treat them like their own. Gwen is responsive, punctual, and considerate, and they go the extra mile to accommodate scheduling needs and provide helpful updates. Overall, Gwen is a great choice to help with your pets.

I regularly use Gwen to care for my guinea pigs during long trips, they have always followed all my instructions to the letter and ask questions when they need clarification! Which is very important to me after having a few pet sitters that were not very attentive. Both me and my Cavies love them and the job they do. :)

Gwen is awesome, I highly recommend them for all your pet sitting needs! I have a very skittish cat that needs lots of patience and understanding. She never comes out for strangers, she hates when I leave (and therefore hates pet sitters), and has a million idiosyncrasies. Gwen took this all in stride and gave Nimbus lots of time and space to do her thing and get to know Gwen on her own terms. Gwen is communicative and trustworthy, friendly with landlords and neighbors, and I always feel much more relaxed knowing Nimbus is in their care. I tell all my friends and coworkers, Gwen is scaredy-cat (and scaredy-cat owner) approved!
