Your kids of any species will be in good hands! From pets of all types to livestock and wildlife, I've been surrounded by animals my entire life (and caring for them for over 30 years). Do you have pocket pets? Birds? Bunnies? I would love to hear about your critters and what they need while you're away! I've had classes in pet first aid and basic wildlife rehabilitation, worked at the Humane Society, and volunteered in wildlife husbandry at the Center for Wildlife in York, Maine. I am a certified Reiki level I practitioner and the focus of my reiki practice is in caring for the animals in my life.

My animals enjoy the run of the fenced yard and the house, but nearly all can be enclosed in their habitats when that's the best arrangement for you. Currently I have one mellow, passive black lab; an extroverted young cat; a small flock of chickens who think they are also cats; a flock of rescue pigeons (even more cats); an indoor aviary of small birds; and a large aquarium housing three turtles and one bazillion guppies. I make sure everyone gets their preferred style of attention daily, whether that's individual snuggle time or just a check-in and a smile.

Cody is awesome! She took great care of our 2 dogs and cat during the Blizzard of 26. One of the dogs is a 4 month old German Sheppard. Very smart and very active. Cody easily met his needs. We will book again for sure!

Schedule
I work part time and spend a lot of quality time at home with my own little micro-sanctuary. My schedule is flexible and I and enjoy spur of the moment excitement.
